Mark Cullen is a mod over at skyscript. I believe he's still there. He lives in Scotland and did quite a lot of work on the massacre, iirc.

My understanding of how it works, you can still send your own PM. Anyway, you got the link- good! The original author is dead now, but he sent me his magazine article. I don't know Mark Cullen and haven't looked at that event or the charts since.

We used to have "Personal" PMs - so I guess those are now gone. Personal means, no one else can see them.
