Re: Abortion Rights - being denied today -= (going backwards ) in time.

I think we need to look at the serious flaws in the American Constitution and Bill of Rights
Something is very wrong with this country from slavery within the Founding Fathers (majority who held them for years and even after they died refusing to allow them to leave but instead as with material property continued to give to their descendants human beings.

The women in this country and their lack of rights to be seen as equal to men.
I've done a LOT of research just yesterday on Margaret Sanger Slee who most know of as Margaret Sanger, credited for the first one to bring birth control to this country and she suffered greatly for it. What I did not know is her suffering and how she had to escape in 1918 to Europe (Britain) because of the Comstock Act (a politician named Comstock) which made contraception illegal in this country. Always it seems, the British were ahead of us in this regard. I must say, this shocked me to realize just how backwards a country we are and it appears we are once again going in reverse.
Comstock Act of 1873, 17 Stat. 598 Prohibits publication, distribution, or possession of information, medication, or devices for contraception or "unlawful abortion;" such cannot be transported by US Postal Service or across state lines United States v. Bennett, 24 F. Cas. 1093 (1879)

Margaret Sanger's 1st husband was a Medical Dr. from Germany who moved to New York (she eventually a nurse) and they had 3 children 2 sons also doctors of medicine. They eventually divorced and she remarried, the inventor of 3 in 1 oil. J. Noah Slee and moved to Tucson.
But even her ex husband tried to help her, and passed on a book or pamphlet she wrote about birth control to a politician (Comstock) which promptly landed him in prison too. Mr. Slee her 2nd husband invented diaphrams (makes sense ) had them produced in Canada, and brought here!

Just shocking, how small minded this country has always been apparently. So what we are seeing now with the minority is nothing new, only what is new, is how we were blindsided (not all of us of course), but accdg. to Rep.Susan Collins (R-Ma) lied to by the 3 justices or "misled purposefully"

After a Jewish holiday, Jewish rabbis will be filing lawsuits over this travesty of taking away Abortion rights for All women.

Background info on U.S. past history just prior to and during the Margaret Sanger (Slee) period):
The distribution of information about birth control and abortion was banned under the Comstock Act. Supporters of the law argued that access to information and tools connected to birth control encouraged young people to have sex before marriage and condoned extramarital sex. Those who opposed the law argued that people were still having sex despite societal expectations and that restricting access to birth control was damaging to women. The law prevented women from learning about their health and options for preventing unwanted pregnancies.
Doctors and social reformers who provided women with information about pregnancy and contraception were arrested. They faced $1,000 to $5,000 fines and could be sent to prison for up to 10 years. (This also pertained to Physicians and hospitals) such as the new draconian laws in Texas and other Red States:)

This article explains how another part of the United States citizens feel (the Jews, the Islamic community, etc) about Abortion Rights and Women's Rights when it comes to Conception, which is at the heart of the small minded ones on the bench today and their far right minions who brought this burden back to bear for everyone else.

BTW. Tad Mann's method of Astrology uses the same theory - , being the soul does not enter at the time of conception but some time later as per Jewish and Islamic theology.

Bottom line is, "no-one is God's mind" to know. Why try & play god & limit the mind of god? What nerve mankind has.

Christian Fundamentalists are staging a coup. Simple as that. Guns, God, and their own slanted interpretation of the Christian Bible.

As for guns, they completely ignore the "A well regulated Militia being necessary for the security of a free State..." part of the 2nd Amendment. That's what makes it a State's Rights issue. But, they're too limbic-oriented to think logically and rationally. Their real motto is, "Might makes Right". No sense arguing with them in logical, rational terms.

This current Supreme Court has COMPLETELY swept the Preamble under the rug. Too bad it's not a legally binding part of the Constitution.

I'd love to know what "Christian bible" they use., because I have the Roman Catholic version and Protestant versions (King James bible) which of course are both a combination of the Torah (referred to as Old Testament with New Testament of Jesus Christ) combined.

No where does Jesus set down laws or condemn anyone for being gay or for having aborted a fetus, or anything close to what these numbskulls are preaching. Not even close. He wrote nothing. The Old Testament (as Christians refer to it, I always thought was mainly books from the days of Moses and laws the Jewish people followed which of course other then Jesus being born Jewish has nothing to do with his teachings otherwise.
His main lesson concerning Moses laws was to say he didn't come to take them away, but to add a 13th - to love one another. (that's it, period)

There are of course, the Gnostic Gospels some more recently found in this century like the Gospel of Thomas which is said to contain 114 sayings of Jesus and do sound like him as reported by the 4 main gospels. No where in those 114 sayings are anything near small minded thoughts come close to what these people purport.

Now, a few radicals (cultists in some cases like Amy C. B. and Ginni's husband, Kavanaugh, etc ) have decided to put their biases ahead of common sense and make the entire country subject to their whims?

It's their own slanted interpretation of the Christian Bible, which they want to ESTABLISH as the Law of the Land for EVERYONE in the country.

I saw one blog by a Fundamentally logic-impaired Christian who literally changed the "Thou Shalt Not Kill" commandment to "Thou Shalt Not Take Innocent Life", in order to completely outlaw abortion, but still justify the death penalty and war.

Margaret Sanger, racist eugenicist extraordinaire

Sanger shaped the eugenics movement in America and beyond in the 1930s and 1940s. Her views and those of her peers in the movement contributed to compulsory sterilization laws in 30 U.S. states that resulted in more than 60,000 sterilizations of vulnerable people, including people she considered "feeble-minded," "idiots" and "morons."

She even presented at a Ku Klux Klan rally in 1926 in Silver Lake, N.J.
In a letter to Clarence Gable in 1939, Sanger wrote: "We do not want word to go out that we want to exterminate the Negro population, and the minister is the man who can straighten out that idea if it ever occurs to any of their more rebellious members" (Margaret Sanger commenting on the 'Negro Project' in a letter to Gamble, Dec. 10, 1939).

No more children should be born when the parents, though healthy themselves, find that their children are physically or mentally defective." ("Woman and the New Race," 1920, Chapter 7).

"Eugenics without birth control seems to us a house builded upon the sands. It is at the mercy of the rising stream of the unfit"

This line of thinking from its founder has left lasting marks on the legacy of Planned Parenthood. For example, 79 percent of Planned Parenthood's surgical abortion facilities are located within walking distance of black or Hispanic communities.

The CDC Surveillance report revealed that between 2007 and 2010, nearly 36 percent of all abortions in the U.S. were performed on black children, even though black Americans make up only 13 percent of our population. A further 21 percent of abortions were performed on Hispanics, and 7 percent more on other minority groups, for a total of 64 percent of U.S. abortions tragically performed on minority groups.

Margaret Sanger would have been proud of the effects of her legacy.

Hon. Clarence Thomas hinted not just abortion, contraception is next, so are LGBTQ rights, marriage equality and same-sex or gender relationships that have been determined to be constitutional or legally protected human or civil rights in SCOTUS cases in the last half a century since Roe v Wade in 1973.

I've heard of even Democrats approved Obamacare to serve low-income, esp Black, Brown and Indigenous communities, and the elderly, I read a meme that read 100% of Republicans approved of the 13th, 14th and 15th amendments of the US constitution to outlawed slavery, granted former Black slaves the right to vote and declared African-Americans born in slavery to be US citizens at birth, and something on the line of over 60% of all COVID-19 fatalities (1.1 million in the US alone in 2.5 years of the pandemic) were these demographic groups (esp. Native Americans and Hispanics or Latinos). The meme made it appear African-Americans are targeted for genocide by Obamacare and that COVID-19 is simply a "new cold" with a 0.2% IFR and 0.9% CFR, improved by medicinal treatments and preventable by a vaccine...it took a year for the vaccine and 2nd year for the antivirals to be developed and distributed to those "single digits or 1 out of 10 cases" who had moderate or severe illness, hospitalization and on a ventilator. Whoever keeps posting socialists, Liberals and Progressives are literally Nazis, racists and fascists are communists of the right (and vice versa), I really questioned where did you get this information from to come up with such an opinion? (Dana Loesch? "conservatives and Libertarians are for women, minorities, the low-income, rural communities, the disabled, the elderly, the obese, and all religious groups" said the NRA spokesperson. Or probably Bill Maher warned "woke" pro-choice activists will scare away many Democratic voters, although he equally hates the Alt/Religious/Conservative Right, and Maher is an atheist Jew by descent, and pro-choice feminist).

Planned Parenthood to remove Margaret Sanger’s name from N.Y. clinic over views on eugenics

Planned Parenthood of Greater New York will remove the name of the national organization’s founder, Margaret Sanger, from a Manhattan clinic in an attempt to reckon with her ties to the eugenics movement, the organization announced Tuesday.

Sangar was also a vocal supporter of the now-discredited eugenics movement, which aimed to improve the human race through planned breeding based on genetic traits.
She collaborated with many nazi-held beliefs in a 'superior race' along with Gates' father. They believed that the white race was superior
& wanted to 'cull the negro population'.

One of Sanger’s most cherished initiatives was the Negro Project, which targeted predominantly black neighborhoods for birth control programs.

More than 30 states passed laws authorizing agencies to sterilize forcibly those considered “unfit” for childbearing.

The supreme court does not write laws; they only make decisions on whether a law is constitutionalor or not.
If a case is brought to SCOTUS upon any of the rights you mentioned, they would make a decision to rule on
the case or not. Justice Thomas is a strict Constitutionalist, he does not 'hint' about topics & is much too intelligent
& wise to give any personal opinions.
The fake news is in overdrive with Clarence because he's simply our most beloved Justice who will go down in History
as the stongest advocate for individual rights. He's so precious beyond belief & I pray the left do no harm to him or his
family. 🙏🙏🙏

Bill Gates’ Obsession With Abortion, Contraception & Population Control Started With His Father

Bill Gates has an obsession with funding abortion, contraception and population control projects in developing nations. However, not many are aware that it was his father who inspired him to carry out the depopulation agenda. His father was the Head of PP, a group dedicated to
eugenics & de-population. Their little cabal believes that the earth should only have 1/2 Million people on the planet. The elites like
Sangar & Gates believe only 'superior people' like themselves should have children; all the rest should be sterilized, have their babies
aborted & take contraception whether it's safe or not.
To further forward his agenda, Gates is moving from financing abortions to paying people to support and promote abortion.
Live Action noted that the purpose of this projects is most likely to “be heavily skewed to support a so-called need for abortion in Bangladesh, Nigeria, India, Kenya, Uganda— pro-life nations that do not want abortion but are ripe for the picking by international abortion groups already working overtime to legalize abortion throughout India & Africa.”

According to a peer reviewed study published in a respected journal by the world’s most authoritative vaccine scientists, Bill Gates DTP vaccine killed 10 times more African girls than the disease itself.

The vaccine apparently compromised their immune systems. Although, such study was never performed before 2017, Bill Gates and the Vaccine Alliance GAVI and WHO pushed the vaccines on unsuspecting African babies.

These people are monsters who want to kill off 6 billion '''useless eaters' (that's what these elites call humanity).
Many countries have thrown Gates out of their countries for killing the young women/babies & would sue hi but cannot
due to his great wealth & access to powerful lawyers.

Bill Gates funded NGO PATH even killed tribal girls in India in unauthorised clinical trials and got away with it.

Bill Gates agenda in India and his “obsession with vaccines” was exposed last year in a lengthy piece by Robert F. Kennedy Jr., the nephew of former American President John F. Kennedy.

Bill Gates also wants to release Genetically Modified Mosquitoes called Flying Syringes to inject you with vaccines.

We really are in a fight between Good v Evil.

In this theory does a big "wave" come an wipe out the more feeble minded among us forever? Those who actually know better, but refuse to exercise their god-given brains and thus atrophy them? BTW, I wonder if they'll be taking back all her awards world wide, including the Nobel Peace Prize from Margaret Sanger's Slee's estate. Slander her while alive, slander her while dead. Go figure. ;)

More of a tide than a wave. This radical-Christian Fundamentally-illogical coup has been in the works for decades. We can't expect it to just vanish overnight.

What about the leftists who are out bombing pregnancy centres, stalking judges and trying to kill them, beating people up, and rioting?

Are they ok?

Nope. Other side of the same coin. But....they don't have the force of law behind them. Uh, what's a pregnancy center? Canada's name for a hospital maternity ward?

I wasn't aware that the Christians were rioting and bombing. Bad on them, then, too, glad you see it works both ways.

A pregnancy centre in America is a place where they look after pregnant women, try to hook them up with whatever resources they need. Some run by churches, some not.

Canada has no laws about abortion, and even most conservative politicians say they support that - including keeping sex selective abortion legal. The only couple of redeeming features here are that abortion is pretty rare generally, and even though it's technically legal up until the moment of birth, you probably won't find a doctor who'll do it past 12-15 weeks.

Of course violence is supported by the Dems & the fake media as long as it's their 'side' that is doing the smashing, destroying,
rioting, looting. They have yet to apologize for what they put the country through & the people they killed or the lives they ruined
during the 'summer of love'. The Dems are nothing more than a mafia group now, ordering their BLM.Antifa foot soldiers to create
chaos, to tear down, shatter, demolish when they don't get their way. They don't care about the law & the DOJ has been weaponized
to allow this madness to continue. After the decision was leaked (why havent they arrested the leaker?) there were numerous
attacks on churches, pro-life centres which the corrupt media & the Dems ignored. Even after there was an assassination attempt
against Kavanaugh, they didn't condemn the lunatic left mobs. They are still hoping that one of the Conservative Justices will be
killed & have gone to their homes (which is illegal). I just pray that that the Rep Justices have left town & are
in protective custoday.
I pray 4 America. 🙏🙏🙏
