He was ELECTED for a FOUR YEAR term, according to the RULES as delineated by the CONSTITUTION. There are NO do-overs allowed, UNLESS the House of Representatives agrees there should be, by a simple majority vote, followed by agreement in the Senate. And, in 2020, the Democrats controlled the House.
The ONLY WAY to get him out now is by Impeachment in the House followed by conviction in the Senate (which depends ENTIRELY on the midterm election results).
Then, Vice-president Kamala Harris would finish out Biden's term.
But, I'm sure you know all of this. What's the reason for this question?
