Loss of Limbs/My Pisces Secy

Help,
I dearly care for this petite (4'9inches, 80lb), 42 year old secy. However she was just diagnosed with a birth defect. Her major artery in her body stops at her diaphram and little feeder veins take over through out her body. She now has hardening of the arteries and her feeder veins are suffering. Normally we have a major artery running through our whole body (incl legs) but she does not have this. She now faces either taking blood thinners which most likely will lead to loss of limbs (ultimately death), or vein replacement surgery. Both are very risky due to her stature. What do you all see in her chart?
