Lets talk about Karma

I strongly believe in karma. But I also strongly believe we are to transcend it through service, penance, and selflessness!
I also believe that too many use spirituality (law of attraction, karma), in general, to blame the victim! It's an awful way to be towards
those who are suffering! Hearing someone tell them that they 'deserve it' while they have cancer, or something!

Nobody knows which past life actions result in one's misfortune, so it's best not to accuse anyone of such things and help them anyway, if you want. I think the Buddhists get it right.

I believe Edgar Cayce would have agreed with me on this one - how Jesus saw karma when he said we "reap what we sow" - Its what is in your heart that counts -

It is important to realize that the divine purpose of karma is not punishment, (which only suppresses behavior, but doesn't change people's hearts). Instead, karma is a way of learning from direct experience how it feels to undergo various kinds of painful experiences (like having something stolen from us; being lied to; and so on), so that we never, ever again want any one else to go through such painful experiences. Thus, only people who are deliberately hurting others in these various ways are subject to the correspondingly appropriate karmic lessons.
Although when asked by someone in a reading whether or not everything Jesus said about karma was in the 4 Gospels, Cayce said "no" most of his utterances were burned in the Library of Alexandria where they were stored - there is enough in the gospels to put us on the right path.
For example consider this:

Jesus Quotes on karma:

"Consider carefully what you hear," he continued. "With the measure you use, it will be measured to you—and even more." Mark 4:24 (NIV)

"Those Who Live By the Sword, Will Die By the Sword"

A very graphic example of Jesus' teaching on the Law of Karma occurred when he is being arrested in the Garden of Gethsemane, and Peter tries to protect Jesus with his sword. Jesus stops him and says:

"Put your sword back in its place," Jesus said to him, "for all who draw the sword, will die by the sword." Matt 6:52 (NIV)

Another thing I recall from Edgar Cayce was him saying that our souls are recording everything we've done here on earth, and when we leave the body, it will be there waiting for us, nothing is lost or insignificant involving others.
True story (example) happened to me in 2011 when tr. Pluto was over my 6th house stellium and stationed over my natal Mercury which is 05 Capricorn (as was Pluto then) It happened to be square the MC and I was served with a lawsuit which absolutely floored me. Actually, this lawsuit had started many years before approximately a decade before when the boy was a child and his mother sued us for a rental house we owned and she said it had lead paint chips which he ate (it was over 100 yrs old in the East coast. The house had been regularly maintained but this was on the porch, and had chipped from kids playing and peeling away some paint.

As time went on 10 yrs prior to 2011 (2000 or 1998 actually) I was heartsick as one can imagine because I had spoken to the mother on the phone and she said she was going after the insurance company and not us because my husband was always very good to his tenants and kept up the properties. As it turned out she sued everyone. Fast forward- As luck would have it, I had been in the insurance business prior to marrying and knew where to look for endorsements placed on policies and "just so happened" to keep a few of these policies - as old as they were in a cabinet. I saw that the agent who typed them made an error and did not eliminate the coverage for lead paint whereas all the other policies then had been changed by endorsement. Pure luck~! We were to return to that State in the East on a certain day to meet with the Insurance Co. lawyers but when the day came to meet with them after I had the plane tickets and ready to go, I had a dream the night before.
In this dream I was on the freeway (called a beltway) in that city. I heard a siren and saw the light of the policeman (authority figure symbol in the dream) and looked at my speedometer thinking I must have been going too fast so pulled over. As he took out his little computer (we had no home computers to speak of in those days ie 1998 - of much value, but he was able to put my name in a little on and tried to see if any infractions would come up (karma) I peered over his shoulder and thought to myself, "Hmm., whats that doing there, it's so old, and so minor". Yet there it was. I thought of Cayce's words that EVERYTHING must be met in the plane in which it was committed.

When I awoke I realized everything I would experience is my own karma from other lifetimes I must go through regardless of how it turns out. The little computer he held in his hand did start to blink and said these words "Will not go through at this time" which proved to be quite precognitive for when we reached the lawyer's office the following day or two, she told us, "I have good news and bad news" I asked for the good news first. She said "They dropped the case", the bad news was "they could pick it up again someday" (which they they when the boy grew up a decade later. Apparently her lawyer did not want to be bothered with small cases as her's and decided it wasn't worth it instead going after large companies. A decade later in 2011 we were served "when the timing was right" (i.e. the stars and planets) over my 6th house square my MC and exact 90 degree angle thanks to Pluto.

It taught me two things. You cannot escape your karma, and you cannot escape Pluto - As it turned out, even the specialist for his side determined that his physical condition was brought about by genetically inherited Sickle Cell disease which was basically his problem after all=a blood disorder which will shorter his life. The judge decided our insurer would have to pay a certain percentage perhaps believing (or not) that after all this, he still was entitled to a monthly stipend until he died one day. It's rather a large one. They do this through a percentage calculation. As I recall, it was the same day the case was settled that President Obama was sworn in because our insurance Lawyer flew in herself from Chicago to the courtroom to settle the case and went to the Inauguration. She too was black. That is how many years it dragged on and nearly killed me with worry (i.e. Pluto transit)

Thanks sentR89day! You're a good man to me, who is a very positive person but still suffering a lot due to being too different from the status quo

How we reset or clean our negative/bad karma, they suggested me redemies of thiru neela kantam when new full moon.
Notes: Singular "they" use
For me, that is channeling from the Source, the Creator of Life, since they'll heal you from the negative karma that you experienced. Also, you need to look for your higher self for guidance and healing, since that part of you is the spiritual center and the median between you and the Universe, or even Multiverse, Omniverse too.
