Many of us seniors (aka baby boomers) were born with Pluto conjunct the moon in Leo. Then transiting Pluto in Scorpio squared our Leo moons.

So we have some experience of hard Pluto transits to our natal moons.

I have Moon in Leo. Pluto in Aquarius opposing my Moon in Leo, in the future, is my first real Pluto-Moon transit. Pluto in Scorpio was too short, it only lasted seven years so I was too young to experience the Pluto square Moon transit, in full. So Pluto in Aquarius oppose my Moon in Leo is my first, clear, experience, of a Pluto-Moon transit.

Interesting thought. I have a trine to my Moon from Jup in Sag. I expect at the least it may do no harm....

It could be beneficial. I do believe that the effect of the trine may be modified by the reception between the two planets, the house placements and so on. So perhaps it might not be highly beneficial all the time....?

I forget, sometimes, that I'm a fixed Moon (in Leo)! I wonder if Uranus going out of Taurus will soften things up for me!

My natal Moon applies to sextile Ur in Gem.

The combination of fire and air with the sextile suggests excitement about ideas. Unless other factors contradict it, you probably look forward to new experiences.

Oh, gosh. The progressed moon circles your chart, spends about 1.5 years in a sign, and returns to its natal position about every 28 years. Depending on your age, you've probably had this progression into Gemini before, so it might be worth looking at what happened during your previous Gemini lunar progression. The question would be more about how your progressed moon affects your other natal and progressed planets. At some point a progressed Gemini moon will form a waning sextile to your natal Leo moon. Sextiles are usually beneficial.

I just checked my progressed moons that ive gone through, I think this will actually be my first moon in gemini 😳 Its gonna be in my 7/8th house, lets see how this works out, sextile sounds good. I hope it will be more pleasant than the taurus moon that was squaring my other fixed planets 😅

My progressed Moon is in Taurus, neptune910, and I agree that it is challenging squaring my fixed planets, too.
Lucky that our progressed Moons are only in a sign for a bit less than 2.5 years.
