For a small fraction of what we spend upon Ukraine :)
we could take care of every homeless veteran in America.
Our veterans are being treated horribly.

Agenda47: Ending the Nightmare of the Homeless

Drug Addicts & Dangerously Deranged

With the proper use and application of the billions of dollars
being spent on UKRAINE proxy war against Russia
we could feed clothe and give adequate medical care and dental care
for those suffering in addiction and poverty
with enough left over to provide housing and schooling
to reimburse the cost for taxpayers with trade skilled labor & training

for those that want/need it give a hand up Not a handout

From the start of military operation Ukrainians repel all Russian attacks
in spite of that
Russia advances
and then those Russian advances are confirmed by multiple sources

provided by shifting of the battlefield line toward west

doesn't look like the United States :)
Mississippi is last in all the good categories
& first in all the bad categories
- driving around the poorest parts of the Mississippi Delta is pretty bad right now.

But despite all of the things
many people have optimism and don't seem to mind about rankings.

The poor bore the brunt of the sub-prime and credit crisis of 2008.
Today, it is the turn of the middle class.
The impoverishment of the American middle class is brutal.
In a country which established liberalism as a creed, there is no safety net.

For those who lose their jobs, the consequences are instantaneous and dramatic :)
Larry Dodson, 52, used to manage a large customer service department.
But two years ago he lost his job & house.
Today he lives in a motel room with his wife & two children
& scrapes by on $820 dollars a month, welcoming tourists to Disney World.

After he has paid the motel fees, he’s left with just $70 for food and other necessities.

Terry used to be a sales manager and enjoyed a good life
until he was made redundant. He ended up roaming from motel to motel in his car
& eventually was judged ’..economically incapable..’ of raising his six children.
The three eldest were placed in foster care.

There are currently 1,800 children growing up in the motels around Disney World.

They move from school to school as their parents are forced to find cheaper accommodation.

We spent six months following the daily life of families likes these, affected by the crisis.
