Jealousy

Hi all. I was just wondering what does attract jealously towards someone. Can it be strong Venus aspects in a chart that make people around the individual to be envious about him/her? I'm supposing that Venus must be the planet that rules envy and jealousy.

I am thinking it might be a moon thing. But it falls in venus energies too. Jealousy occures when you feel disadvantaged, either in general or because of someone else. Negative aspect between moon or venus and saturn or pluto would be an indicator. Jupitor square/opp venus as I have read might cause it too. Look if any planets are in the third or fourth house (third is siblings and fourth is home enviorment) because one possibility for jealousy is when early in life your parents were unfair towards you and you felt disadvantaged for whatever reason. Also scorpio in a chart might cause this too.
