I have 4 planets in 3rd house, but houses 1,5,6,7,12 are empty

Need a chart, but with a strong 3rd house it would mean something about siblings, communication, etc. And it also depends on the house system you use.
And it also matters who's ruling the 3rd house. Need a chart for that.
Depending on the house system, I have 6 planets in the 10th. Well, the 10th is career and I've had a gazillion jobs. What does that tell you?

You have a stellium in the third!!! That means focus on communications of everyday nature, siblings, neighbours, schooling, friends as well as short trips.
The ruler of the empty houses is somewhere and the aspects to that will give a fuller picture. You need to post a visual natal chart for anyone to give you responses. Cant say much else without that. Lists of data is just offputting.

6 planets in the 10th!! I would like to see that. Lots of jobs is not necessarily your career or vocation. Just the 6th for everyday work perhaps and connection there.

Might not be about communication so much... because Moon in Capricorn is not one to really truly wear their heart/emotions on their sleeve... but Moon in Capricorn period describes the flavor of "communication" as it's located in the 3rd House, which to me, feels very dry, studious, assertive, does not back down, but does not become a major jerk to anyone... a respectful "tone" of voice is shown. If I saw a Moon in Aries in someone's 3rd House, I'd think, "Gee, what an a-hole..." but that's just me. LOL J/K
Plus, you're a Libra Rising, which is pretty "even-keeled" in itself. You pretty much treat people with a lot of respect and while you might demand a lot of yourself, you don't demand a whole hell of a lot from others. Mars-Pluto Opposition suggests that you are tremendously hard-working and need to constantly stop yourself or set a timer in your cell phone to "snap out" of a 10-hour workday and take a break. You're almost every employer's wet dream though, because you'll work much overtime and keep going and going.... but then you may find yourself being unable to enjoy your vacation because you're burnt out, so WATCH IT.
I find your energy to be amusing (Sun in Leo) with an executive ability here in 10th House... Moon in Capricorn, a rather cautious personality... Jupiter-Saturn opposition, feels like a person with a lot of challenges to face in terms of economic and socio-structural challenges in life, may have periods or bouts of depression in life, ... constantly uphill battle, gets better after 2nd Saturn Return (in your 50's). I get a vibe that you should be in a career teaching/coaching, or that it will (rather) involve a lot of that here and there throughout your career path. Are you sure your time of birth is correct, or that you calculated the right chart here, ... as you suggest that your career has NOTHING to do with communications? You are young though. This can all change. I see skills in the financial sectors... not necessarily accountant-work, more like managerial decisive work, knowing when to execute plans and who to "deal with" in order to get a job done. I know a lot of Moon in 3rd-House people have a knack for knowing who to talk to and when because they are so highly intuitive and psychic when it comes to people that they just know HOW to "communicate", so really, it DOES have quite a bit to deal with communication. You should really go for a course in Team-Building or Team Management Skills (if you're in college...??,.... I'm guessing your age by the looks of the transcendental planets Uranus, Neptune, Pluto...). Discussing self-managed workgroups, groupthink bias, the Delphi technique... all of those kinds of things... even if you're not a "businessy person", I think you'd benefit from a course like that... it would sharpen you and you'd enjoy it. I've studided a couple of years financial management at college (not in USA though) so really seems that I've chosen a good path to go even I didn't know all this before my choice...My studies prepare managers and special experts for public/private sector. I just though it's not so directly linked to communications which was quite stupid to think. I've always been good at writing but my communication with other people is still little uncertain (especially in big groups) because I think too much what other think of me/I just feel I so different from others. In general I feel I'm too restrained and I don't know how to let it go, I always feel like I have a shell and nobody will ever get through it but that's because of my capricorn moon and I have to live with it.

So yeah everyting fits me. I've had depression for a while, though times with money (my parents had financial difficulties when I was young), I work hard to get what I want, I'm cautious...
What being psychic means in real life, how it shows? I usually tend to observe other people and events, that has been my nature and I can tell quite easily if somebody is lying or what she/he really feels even I didn't knew them very well...but that's mixture of guessing/intuition?

A stellium in the 3rd house means that themes such as your thinking process, communication, the relationship with your neightborhood and with siblings play an important role in your chart. You would need to check which aspects the stellium planets are involved in, because this will influence the energies positively or negatively.

I have a 3rd House focus as well. Same planets too. We both have Leo Suns and Moon conjunct Saturn, mine in Aquarius.
Like you I don't see much of its influence and I don't have any siblings but I have done a little research on planets that fall in the 3rd House...
3rd House Moon = emotional need to communicate feelings?
3rd House Saturn = shy, speech problems in childhood, struggled in school, serious mind, pessimistic thoughts, not into small talk, can study for long periods, no siblings or the last child?
I relate to a few things
