There is a lot of tension in your chart in the form of a Grand Cross between Sun/Moon, Mars, Saturn and Uranus, a very difficult aspect pattern with a bunch of difficult planets. Best if you read up on the individual aspects, squares and oppositions to get an idea about the meaning of this pattern.

you are here to change the way people think and until you learn your lessons which include lessons of Saturn and love you will not be ready to help others. You are correct in guessing that you want to be happy but there are many experiences that you need to go through so that you are ready to take on the full responsibility of your true purpose which you can see in the 10th house there. It looks like a Grand Cross to me. The only reason I am not calling it The Grand Cross for sure it's because the note is 4 degrees instead of being really tight at 2:03 Max but still the moon has so much power over our individual charts that I think it is tight enough to call it a Grand Cross. Because of how you survive through all of your challenges you will reach a great many people and become known for that. That is what I see you have issues around establishing a place you call home you will have a lot of unrest in the 4th house and the other houses that are indicated in the Grand Cross so the planets that are sitting at 12 13 16 degrees it cetera warm the square or the cross the houses that those planets are sitting in will be objects of contention or areas of your life that have tension and that is where you must learn the lessons pay attention to the signs that the Universe shows to you you are a child of light.

You have Saturn (karma/ time) aspecting both your Sun (father) and your Moon (mother). For those that believe in karma and reincarnation, you do some heavy karmic baggage to smoothen out with both your parents. And, they are both quite domineering - as both are placed high up in your chart.
Uranus (excitement/ instability/ rebelliousness/ unconventionality) in the 4th house (parents/family) is in a grand square (tension) with Saturn (karma) and your Sun, Moon (both parents). The square is completed by Mars in the first, which means that all this is affecting your health.
Good news
and your way out of all this tension: do not waste your time, energy and health letting all this affect you. Instead, your your strong Mars in Scorpio (lot of will power), in your first house (directly connected with your person), to focus *completely* on your studies/ career. That is your way out of this. I say this because the ruler of your career house, Leo, is the Sun, which is well-placed. If you focused well on your studies and making a career for yourself, you will be able to become self-dependent soon and can make a life of your own. Your career house is a healthy house. Are your parents rather status conscious or busy with their own careers?
I was sure my health is bad because of all this but they will NEVER say they are guilty. My parents are both very strict, there's no way to talk to them. They locked me inside.
They have shop and they think they are "the best". I think that's their career.

But the point here is not to prove or show your parents that they are guilty. Not in the least should that be the aim. That will only spoil things further for you because you will turn more bitter and so will they towards you.
About this time next year, transit Jupiter (good fortune, growth, optimism) will be on your Asc. Your focus needs to be on doing things that you can, like your school stuff, and focusing on your career. Transits will pass. If you are going to waste your time criticizing your parent and how mean they are to you, more negative energy is going to accumulate inside of you an give you more problems. You will keep going round and round in circles, and, that, will then partly be your own fault. Ignore as much as you can the negatives and focus on your future and career. Per your chart, that is where your potential lies, as I told you in my last post.
Your MC ruler, the Sun, is extremely strong. Your 2nd house (personal income) ruler, Jupiter, tightly trines Venus (general ruler of finances) that is placed also in your 10th house of career. These are wonderful aspects to have. Now what you do with them is your business. You can keep nagging and criticising and waste them, or you can make a lot out of them and hence make your life. That way you can get out of your parental home if you make a stable career for yourself, and forget your past. Remember negative energy and bitterness harms nobody but oneself the post. Others continue with their life and the one with anger and negativity inside of them is the one that burns out because of it.
