Assigning significators sometimes is the hardest part. I believe that mother in law would be 4th (10th from the turned 7th-your husband) or I think you can use the 7th as the "other". I may be mistaken though... I'm sure someone else will come along to clarify that.

Hmm, I read 9th house represents your husband's siblings being that it would be his 3rd house.
I'm unsure about this so that's why I passed on reading the chart.
Your baby is definitely your 5th house.

I probably would have read this chart using 7th house as husband's house and 10th from the 7th as specific quesited signifying house (ie, the 4th whole sign house of the chart under Virgo) for the mother-in-law. However, I cannot delineate this specific chart because of my belief that the SN in the ascending sign of this chart(Gemini) renders this chart unreliable for delineation.
