I asked the question and committed the chart to the exact time the question was understood.
The intended trademark/copyright has not currently been granted to any other applicant and as I would like to use that to protect my branding, before committing a financial cost and applying for the trademark/copyright, does the chart indicate a favourable outcome.
The Intellectual Property Office(IPO) a division of the government are the department assigned to grant trademark/copyright here in the UK.
I understand that this question may be a 10th house matter, as that is the house assigned to authority. However, I am unsure if there would need to be a mutual or beneficial aspect between 10th house of authority and my derived 10th house of business, or if the matter of permission of authority is simply a document issue and look elsewhere in the chart.
My interpretation is that 10th house in Scorpio, ruler Mars in Aries in a succedent house below the horizon, I believe Mars is a nocturnal planet and prefers to occupy the nocturnal hemisphere and with just one aspect of separation of square of the moon in Cancer in a cadent house indicates a positive outcome in my favour and that perhaps Mars is favourable to my question as apposed to weaker by house Moon.
Any other interpretation is greatly appreciated. I of course will update the thread when I receive an answer from the IPO.
