There are several books I have underscoring that Bellatrix is also a fixed star affecting notables especially were province is undergoing great change in culture and traditional values. I.E. affecting a collective body of people as the Zsar of Russia's daughter influenced of Rasputin. Does anyone have a treatise on this same premise? There being the influence of overthrow attatched by close proximity to Bellatrix other fixed stars as neighboriing inluence. I just can't seem to remember where I read the passage.
