I would say that paranormal experience's are ruled by the 12th house. The 12th is ruled by Aquarius. Uranus is in the 1st house. To me this is 12th house experiences coming to you. Neptune, natural ruler of the 12th is in the 12th. Jupiter, co-ruler of the 12th is in the 1st. I would say that this chart is indicating 12th house experiences coming to you.

Could be for another reason too. Jupiter in the 1st rules the 9th cusp. Do you have spiritual indicators in your birth chart?

I take all these as indicators in your Natal Chart as being spiritual and / or having spiritual experiences:

Saturn rules the 12th and the 1st (old rulership).
Pisces intercepted in the 1st.
North Node in Pisces in the 1st.
Jupiter (old ruler of Pisces) in the 4th (within 5 degrees of cusp).
Sun and Mercury in the 8th.
Mercury rules the 4th.
Pluto in Scorpio in the 9th (within 5 degrees of the cusp).

Medieval Astrology has a rule that if a planet is within 5 degrees of a house cusp it is considered to be in the following house. If Jupiter in the 4th does not resonate with you is it possible that your birth time is a few minutes out?
