Cohen is such a weaselly whiner. "He made me do bad things, mommy!" People hire lawyers who are supposed to know the law so when a client asks if they can do something, they say yes or no. Imagine if YOU were punished for what a shady lawyer did. A lot of people would be in jail now. :biggrin:

He will use his fifteen minutes of fame to get money for a book deal and TV appearances to pay sleazy Clinton lawyer Lanny Davis. He will not only sing but compose, as Alan Dershowitz likes to say.

So then. what will this Federal Judge do

Will he sanction them?
Will he throw the government's phony case against General Flynn
out of court entirely?
Could some of these obfuscators and recalcitrant attorneys
be disbarred and thus lose their right to practice law?

I think it's obvious the original 302s were destroyed. Get Mueller and FBI for obstruction of justice.

It's possible the case against Flynn will be tossed out

Whether or not he can be indicted as a sitting president, I dunno...that sure as hell doesn't make him innocent of wrongdoing.

Actually it does prove him innocent. He is innocent, until proven guilty of wrongdoing. Not the other way around. And this is the problem with the people on this thread, that they are trashing on Trump with no evidence at all. Yes there is a rumor that Trump did this, and investigations that branch off and investigate that. So far, nothing. Saying that "oh well, but they will, they will find something" is not evidence.

He is the best leader you've had in a long time, because he is the first leader that is doing whats best for american citizens. Obama's skin color has nothing to do with the issue, because Obama was not running against Trump. Is he perfect? no, and yes there are a lot of things that Trump should do better.

But to claim the usual NPC dialog of racism, hatred, etc. just makes your side look petty. Some real arguments would be welcome. You know, something of substance.

There WAS some bragging about the stock market. At the moment, all the gains of 2018 are reversed. What has he done that's "best for American citizens" anyway? The economy was going well when he took office, and unemployment was dropping steadily since 2012. The tax-cuts did very little for anyone except the VERY wealthy, and is certain to at least double the National Debt. Say, weren't Conservatives supposed to be for a balanced budget? And these tariffs are already raising prices on consumers and manufacturers. He's got Americans bitterly divided along Party lines, with his bellicose rhetoric and sneering insults.
So, what's he done thats "best" for us?
Btw, you've gone way beyond the "innocent until proven guilty" concept , which is in no way PROOF of innocence, until his impeachment trial. It just isn't proof of GUILT. And, when he perjures himself, will you say that doesn't "prove" he lied? Oh, wait....it's been ALLEGED that Hillary lied too, so he's free to lie as well! :lol:

Obama was legitimately elected twice and control of the House of Representatives was taken from Rethuglicans in a massive rejection of their policies in the midterm elections just held. The voting public has awakened to their failure to lead effectively.

GOP campaign promises:

Reduce or eliminate the deficit - they have done just the opposite.
Build a wall on the border with Mexico - in their dreams but not in real life.
Mexico will pay for that wall - are they certifiable?

After the voting public experienced less than 2 years of Rethug disastrous attempts at governing they turned them out of the House of Representatives in record numbers compared to most Rethug administrations going all the way back to 1914 when the House first had 435 members. Only 4 greater House losses by Rethugs in those 104 years.

It's only the republicans that seem to need to cheat, steal, and gerrymander to stay in office or gain advantage.

republicans stole a Supreme Court seat and a presidency.

Rethuglican leadership has crashed the world economy twice in less than a century. Maybe they can be kept out of political power for the next one.
