I am (female) in love with a man but he is currently not ready to be in a relationship, however I want to know if I'm on his mind/ if he thinks about me.

I'm the Moon and Jupiter, he is the Sun and Mercury
Moon square Sun but they're separating so maybe not relevant for this question.
Mercury trine Moon, they're applying and Jupiter trine Mercury, they're also applying so could the answer be yes?

I think your interpretation is spot on but I don't understand everything you say. His head (Mercury) doesn't like my head and heart but his masculinity (Sun) does like my femininity? How should I interpret that?

I think that we're both busy with other things at the moment and that's why we're not the central point of each other's life's. Maybe it will change in the future (I hope so)

I'm in love with him for a long time so I have warm feelings for him however I can say that I'm busy with my own life now due to circumstances.
I want this relationship to be romantically but he seems afraid of it. He knows I like him, I know he likes me but nothing really happens to take it a step further. I've said I want to know him better (by text) but he ignores it, so basically it's him acting quite cold. Hopefully it will change.

Since the PM dispositor is also his planet, and taking into account your perception that he' snot ready for a relationship, I'd be more inclined to take the rulership and exaltation of Mercury as a reflection that at the moment he's only thinking of himself.
Mercury and Venus will be in mutual reception once both planets change sign, if we judge using ephemeris time (as Frawley seems to suggest) this is during the first part of October, but I will be cautious using this.... Be also aware that when your Venus enters Virgo, Venus will be in her fall and Jupiter in his detriment, these are not good receptions and might show a disagreement/conflict between yourself and you physical needs... His Mercury will also be in his fall and going towards combustion, so he won't be in his best place either...

Be also mindful that when Mercury (his thinking self) changes signs, his feelings towards you will be very much as his Sun shows now: physical attraction, nothing else, though he won't be as antagonistig towards you as he is now (you no longer in his fall and detriment)

About the re-passing what has already passed: I can feel this. It's like I'm back at the starting point, doing things all over again.

About the unexpected separations: Him not answering was quite unexpected because he gave me signals that he wanted to know me better.

We don't live in the same country at the moment. Texting him is the only possibility to get closer to him. I understand there will be a chance we will get closer to each other.
