MC ruler is Mars in 3rd, strong in Scorpio. Your 3rd house also has Sun and Merc conjunct Mars. This suggests a focus in 3rd house areas - communication, writing, teaching, transportation related jobs. Im guessing you have a deep interest in those areas too.

Pluto conj your IC (home roots) could suggest some kind of verbal abuse in childhood, depending of course IF your time of birth is correct.
I'm a modern astrologer that uses Equal house system, and you have calculated your chart using the default on astro of PlacidusLots of people that come into Astrology get their free charts calculated at www.astro.com and the default ‘house system’ used is Placidus and think that’s just the norm and all that there is……..BUT that is just the tip of the iceberg. You can change the default on astro.com in Extended Chart selection to Equal house and a few more.
Throughout the forums but mainly in natal astrology there are two main branches Placidus (unequal size houses) v Equal House (whereby each house is same size) but lots more……. For more information on these go here.

The charts you posted are rather confusing, as you now age37, one chart showed your progressed sun as 21' Capricorn, which cannot be correct, so not sure what you did there....
My way of helping newbies is for them to do more research and learning rather than just ‘drop the answer in your lap’ and not necessarily to provide professional readings and forecast future events.
Having a Sagittarius MC is the sign of the teacher and I do indeed teach astrology. This forum is a wonderful community of all mixed levels. So instead of dropping the answer in your lap I may provide links and dangle carrots in the hope that if you are sincerely interested enough you will do the research and enlighten yourself….

Approx 2years ago Solar arc moon conj Neptune in 5th house of romance, love affairs etc and was prob some emotional disillusionment here, but it's off now...
It's very very hard to predict if or when you may have children and if you are that inclined perhaps you should pay a professional astrologer to take the time and energy to do this. I have spent a lot of time and energy trying to encourage you and give you links/answers. The rest now is upto you
