Do a Grand Trine & Grand Cross in Natal cancel each other???

I'm currently learning astrology, and from what I understand, I was born under a Grand Trine and a Grand Cross (Venus, Uranus, Pluto, Mercury, Jupiter). Don't they cancel each other out? Regardless, it looks like I've chosen a difficult chart and life path.

Then with Uranus at 19 Vir 36R, and Pluto at 18 Vir 26R in my Seventh House; Mercury in 22 Saq 53 in my Tenth House; and Mars at 8 Aqu 17 and Venus at 13 Aqu 40 in my Twelfth House it doesn't look like I will find a life partner.

Gosh, there is so much to learn in Astrology, and I'm feeling overwhelmed. Thank you in advance for your time and help.

no it doesn't cancel the other out. both energy patterns are opperating inside you. They can affect each other but never in astrology is there a cancelling out of planetary energies.
