Hi Scorp,
Every chart is both strong and weak in its own way.
In your chart, one of the most active areas in your life is around your IC (origin, also family and home). With Sun, coming from the 3rd, so close to the IC as well as that concentration of planets in the 4th, you must lay focus on family as well as in trying to 'mentally' understand things (Sun still in 3rd). Mars conjunct your Sun ((also father (figure)) and your IC (family, in general) points either at simply or a lot of hustle-bustle/noise within the family or also at agression and unrest, even violence. Pluto's (the expanded energy of Mars) placement also in the fourth only underlines the aforementioned but on a more extreme note and bringing along an element of catharisis and transformation along with it. Notice how both these planets are also rulers of your 4th house (Scorp, through modern and traditional rulerships), and, being placed in their own sign, gain extra strength to act (through aspects).
Placement of Moon (emotional world) in the 12th lends it a somewhat desolate and introspective mood. This, again, is further accentuated through Saturn's tight opposition to it, which also adds an element of fear and caution. (Maybe your mother shows such qualities as well.) The energy of this opposition seeks an outlet at the two apex planets of the two t-squares the Moon and Saturn are involved in: Sun and Mars. So, you must let this energy out either through travel or higher learning/education (Mars rules the 9th through Aries) or simply through stepping out of your (emotional) self-retreat (Moon in 12th) and into the world around you (Sun rules the Asc). In many charts with Sat square Sun, I have noticed some problems/heaviness connected mostly with the patriarchical family (both Sun & Sat rule father and Sat also grandfather/the old in the house), or, through Sat, problems with figures of authority in public life (Sat= both authority and public life through MC & Cap).
Chiron in the 12th (unfulfilled yearning, wounded subconscious) and close to the Moon shows some emotional suffering that has to be gone through in order to heal. Moon moving towards Chiron could also indicate this healing coming from female figures (perhaps why you might want to seek contact to your sisters). Chiron's very tight squares to Sun and Mars reflects a wound that was caused by some agression (Sco, where Mars is placed, is the sign of sexual abuse, heigthened by Pluto there, too) and, which could have either happened within the confines of your home/family, or in the worst case, also involve someone from within the family.
The path for you to follow and the lesson for you to learn would lie in expressing yourself freely and with optimism plus adventure, no matter what, with the North Node (path in this life) placed in your 5th house (self-expression, pleasure and youth) and with Sagittarius (Jup's sign of optimism and belief in the higher power) on its cusp. This optimism is also warranted by Leo on your Asc (basic self), ruling your Moon and Jupiter in your first house in nice trines to just the planets that have been hurt: Sun and Mars. Notice that those Jupiter (growing belief & optimism) trines also involve Neptune (spiritual faith) and the North Node (the path you should follow). This is how Jupiter wants to form your basic self and ego (placement in first house, Leo on the cusp, and its sextile to Sun and Mars). Believe me, with all that Scorpio and Leo energy, you have enough will power and perseverance to achieve this, ScorpioLeo.
Sorry as to the length of the post, but hope it helps.
