In erecting mundane charts for nations or states, I use the mean population center of that country or state (rather than the Capitol or origin point) as my point of reference for the chart; occasionally I will use the geographical center instead, but mostly I use the mean population center; for the USA as of 2020, this center is 15 miles from the town of Hartville, in the state of Missouri; in 2010 the center was 2 miles from the town of Plato, Missouri.

Of course that is the usual way; I use the mean population center to reflect the people of the nation or state., the astrological influences which they are under; also there is usually a great deal of uncertainty regarding the actual inception of the particular country or state. My mundane method is highly unorthodox, but when I have tried it out it seems to yield good results.
When I am uncertain of the time of an ingress at the mean population center, I then use the Capitol of the state or nation as my center point for the chart.
