A secret religion will crop up all over the world, it is highly complicated, but like all religions it is used in the negative and positive, it would be funny noting how many conflicts have been produced in history, that the center point (American Spelling) isn't Islamic, Protestant or Catholic, but Hermetic...Ooopps!

Here i'm dealing with Central Africa, that is stained in blood, The C.I.A was active in 1960's, but i'm not looking for the bad guy, it is within all our countries.

You may have to wait a few seconds before it is directed.

The carve up of Africa was in 19th Century, this started with the "BERLIN CONFERENCE", Otto Bismarck was involved, this started on 15th November 1884 in Berlin, please scroll down to "Bismarck's Role" on link below:-

Or link below:-

On 15th November 1884 in Berlin, date of the beginning of Berlin Conference, Hermetic, Egyptian daymarker was used in electional astrology, as Sun rose, Sirius set, graph on link:-

We are interested in Capital Cities that by revolution or independence are used, don't get too confused.

Kinshasa is the same as Leopoldville or Leopoldstad, just change of name, link below:-

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kinshasa

But even Brazzaville is just on the opposite bank of the Congo, thus very little difference with Lat. and Long.... same location, link below:-

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brazzaville

I might need JupiterAsc. and dr.farr, it is highly complicated and need confirmation that all i tell is correct.

Lets try one more post today, also in Central Africa is Rwanda, etched in the collective consciousness as a "Blood Bath"!!!

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rwandan_Genocide

Today Population of Rwanda is roughly 11.1 million, however in 1994 it would have been lower, perhaps 10 million?

I wouldn't be surprised that 1 million were slaughtered in the Rwandan Genocide, this would be 10% of Population, it was a small red dot on maps, link below:-

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:LocationRwanda.svg

Rwanda gained independence from Belgium on 1st July 1962, link below:-

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rwanda

http://www.indexmundi.com/rwanda/independence.html

Kigali is Capital, link below:-

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kigali

Obviously you can guess what star rose with the Sun on this day, graph link below:-

When the Congo gained independence, there were many break-a-way factions, like South Kasai, link below:-

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/South_Kasai

You will note that the Capital was Bakwanga, now called Mbuji-mayi

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bakwanga

However the date that is important to me is when the monarchy was proclaimed on 12th April 1961....they thought of themselves as "Mulopwe" which means God King, the king abdicated in favour of his son on same date, links below:-

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Albert_Kalonji

http://www.imperial-collection.net/southkasai01.html

Obviously diamond mines in area was a factor in conflict

Chart below about 12th April 1961 in Mbuji-mayi/Bakwanga, midnight day marker was used, as Sirius is setting...on link:-

Indeed there were many unrecognised break-a-way states which resulted in a blood bath, one of which was the state of Katanga, Capital was Elisabethville, now known as Lubumbashi, links below:-

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/State_of_Katanga

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Élisabethville

Independence was declared on 11th July 1960, however ancient Greek daymarker was used, being sunset of previous day that happened at 17:56:05pm, when Sirius was setting with the Sun, graph on link:-

Previously i have dealt with independence of Rwanda, however the black clouds never went away, so we get another blood bath in 1993/4!

It is common policy that is sensible not to use U.N. troops to police an area that has history of sucking a region dry in colonial times, Central Africa don't react well to Belgium U.N. troops....why the hell use them? Can you imagine using U.N. Jewish troops in Palestine to try to create peace?

1) Don't use U.N. troops from an area that has such a bad colonial past regarding peaceful intentions.

2) UNIMIR was established on 5th October 1993, prime concern to ensure the security of Kigali, thus aligned to this City.

Links below:-

Please scroll down to "Establishment" on link below:-

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rwandan_Genocide

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_Nations_Security_Council_Resolution_872

Obviously the Resolution was made elsewhere, but was aligned to Kigali

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kigali

5th October 1993 shown on link below, aligned to Kigali, Egyptian elected daymarker, as Sun rises, Sirius Culminates on M.C. by astronomy!

Monk - sadly you underestimated the numbers - link to documentary confirming that more than 3 million were slaughtered http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FVhDdFJ34es&feature=related

Very good post Monk. Does this tie in with Kongo 2012?

There is a lot of oil in Uganda...
http://www.oilinuganda.org/
QUOTE...oil reserves around Uganda's Lake Albert could open up new trade corridors and promote the creation of additional interior trade routes from the Democratic Republic of the Congo and South Sudan, through Uganda, to Kenya and northern Tanzania. The relationship between Uganda and the United States still has its challenges, particularly with regard to China's increasing economic influence in East Africa. But placing US boots on the ground under AFRICOM strengthens US-Ugandan political and military cooperation in an unprecedented way. While Washington further promotes Kampala as a key player in regional politics, Uganda is positioned to assist in the advancement of US interests in the region. http://www.abc.net.au/unleashed/3907110.html

The oil finds in Uganda were first reported August 2009. Energy companies found more than 700 million barrels of commercially viable oil in the Albertine Graben region (Lake Albert is in northwest Uganda and is shared by both Uganda and the Democratic Republic of the Congo). Anticipated exploitable deposits exceed 1.5 billion barrels.

With so much money at stake, Uganda's Production Sharing Agreements are already causing concerns for the people of Uganda; major oil companies are still fighting over the application of Uganda's tax laws ; and British oil firm Tullow recently signed a deal with French firm Total and Chinese Group CNOOC as new partners to develop its Ugandan oil fields.

How long before Ugandans are suspected of secretly producing weapons of mass destruction....

Thanks for updates JupiterAsc,

I'm getting tired now, will continue tomorrow, Hi Haze 1974, i do support the idea of KONY 2012, however even when you think that governments are listening to people, it can be that they are working in a different direction, but making the right noises!

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y4MnpzG5Sqc

My brain is numb thinking so many millions died in such a small country only 18 years ago, and isn't well known to many!
