it is official

California and Kansas states are officially bankrupt!

Kansas cannot even afford to pay its employees let alone everything else
California is in worse condition ... not only we have no money but we have no water .. see it for yourself http://news.yahoo.com/s/nm/20090218/ts_nm/us_water_california

now, would anyone happen to have calfiornia and kansas astro charts?
