DBT is an amazing therapy. I wish my family member would have stuck with it. I think it would have helped.
I think the bonus for you is that your moon is in Taurus. Not too much erratic fluctuations in emotion. The square between Saturn and Moon is very wide and that seems to be easier in recovering from depression that from what I've seen in my family members charts that have very close squares between those two.
The Neptune square mercury can sometimes be a hard one but it's a separating aspect.
