- also 2 yrs as an officer & w/MPD was not enough experience
to be heading an investigation of this magnitude - highly suspect.
- looking into all the “..family..” connections in Moscow LE and county officials would be interesting
to know how much federal funds MPD & Moscow City got for these investigations
& where those funds end up.
Two years as an officer and they had him heading an investigation this big and complex. No way. That's very suspicious.
Also, where did the funds come from?
TO BE FAIR - there are problems with what LE have released so far
Is LE legal entity?
So with the problem of the Idaho police lying on a previous murder case
that was overturned
because
the lawyer proved the police had lied in court - is problematic.
Because
we are talking about the same police
and the same type of case
and the same attorney
So what do the cops know and what are they telling the truth about
versus
what they might be lying about and to what extent?
They have definitely lied on this case to the public - but why?
Is there any exculpatory evidence that needs discovery before moving forward on this case?
Not after a conviction?
If they lied on a previous murder case, there's a high probability that it's the same for this case. We already know they lied, due to the changing of facts, but to what extent.
This case has reasonable doubt - it doesn't make any sense
unless
They needed an arrest before spring semester began
- if kids stayed home and learned remotely that whole entire town would have a huge loss.
Restaurants , grocery stores , hair dressers, shops Moscow's economy depends on student population
Unless a lot more evidence comes out, this case is not the slam dunk many claim it to be.
Their attempt to save Moscow's economy is going to backfire big time.
Add the alleged post of Kohberger's sister stating BK was at 1122 doing drugs with a security guard buddy
as they'd done before, until his security buddy started acting peep-&- tomish
at which point the post alleges Bryan left him there. Its all strange, and tragic
Can we confirm that this post was from his sister's account and not an imposter?
Dylan and Bethany could not report anything because that is a sorority house.
She has to let Greek road know before she can let even the police know what's happened
and they had drugs to get rid of
I wonder who has more power, the Greek mafi.... I mean the Greek road, or the Moscow Police Department.
The final clip showed IH smiling - he knew something different or something about it
when he was asked. He smiled immediately. So sus
Mr Harsh smiles and kinda smirks when the gouge wounds are described. Who does this
Harsh has bushy eyebrows
Micro expressions
BECAUSE
FRATERNITY RULES FORBID THAT
mafia
Something is up with the story
and it will help the defense.
It's not fair to the victims
or to the person on trial
because
the greatest catastrophe is an innocent person behind bars
Well said.
They were all stabbed several times in the upper body
- each individual stab wound was a fatal wound. So how was their an unaccountable amount of blood?
Also, what is considered a fatal wound CAN be survivable if emergency treatment is given in time.
Why did the killer take the more strenuous route to kill them, by stabbing them over and over until they lost strength. Why not just slit their throats? A little vulgar to say, I know, but really, why? It'd be faster to swing a knife across someone's neck than to stab them 50 times while they're fighting back.
"Their job now is just to be kids." - Ethan's mother talking about his twins going back to university after the murders
These are grown adults!!!
10) why would sorority girl Xana Kernodle order cold dude food for 4am delivery
- at almost the exact time as the murders?
Was someone trying to make it appear Xana was still alive at 3 to 4:12 am?
Good point.
talking about the presumption of innocence
people tear you apart in comments.
As if
innocent people have never been charged
and even convicted in the US before.
Some of these people commenting could be bots coded to react to certain trigger words, or involved in the case and pushing a narrative.
