The Car is a problem. They identified a different car - model year - at the house.
Then the PCA says a white sedan is seen CONSISTENT with Suspect Vehicle #1.
“..Consistent..” is a big red flag in Police speak.

- police - or certain members of LE were already there.
- we know at least 2 officers were there that night, staked out in front of the 1122 home
- in plainclothes, and in an unmarked car.
This whole case is a mess the victims did nothing but Party there were multiple people in 1122
- Drugs involved - amount of junkies/dealers in this family disturbing
- some of the victims parents were arrested for Drugs - All these parents of victims on drugs
- kaylees dad brother is a criminal in prison for killing somebody
maddies step mom is a drug addict
xannas mom is a drug addict
all have records of drug and/or murder charges
so who knows who killer is - it could be almost anyone - maybe they have the wrong person arrested

find it interesting Inan Harsh was never a suspect
considering he has an apartment in Washington
and
he rented another apartment overlooking the girls' house just a few months before the killings.
He has a very long rap sheet - a lot of charges drug related and others
- he is a felon
- Inan Harsh is vegan - pics of him cooking using black gloves
- one of which was found in BK apartment.
strangely, Inan Harsh has an apartment in WA
a few minutes from where BK lived on campus
AND
he rented another one in Idaho, basically next to the victim's house
Maybe he knew Bryan from WA, maybe if Bryan's phone pinged near the victims' house
it wasn't because he was stalking them
- maybe it was because he was visiting Inan, maybe drugs?
Harsh claims that he returned home from work at around 1:30am
when he mentions seeing a few cars that were out of place. He casually, without going into great detail
mentions that a white Elantra or - maybe a car that looked like a white elantra
was parked in the lot behind the house.
He never mentions anything about the white elantra having out of state plates.

However, he then goes on to describe in great detail
a couple other vehicles that were parked out in front.
One of which he says had out of state plates.
Now IH claims that he went to bed at around 1:30pm. RED FLAG - He’s lying
BK didn’t leave his apartment until 2:45am.

Let’s assume for a moment that IH is telling the truth
if so, then the white elantra that he claims to have seen does not belong to BK.

It’s so obvious that IH is lying
IH was involved and the knife belonged to him.
- at some point prior to the murders IH probably asked BK to check out his knife
It’s also possible that IH was the killer and purposely left the knife sheath
knowing that his DNA would not be on it
but that BKs might be or it could have accidentally been left.
Either way, BK thought that he was the getaway driver for a drug robbery
that obviously would never be reported to the police.
Even a killer with half the intelligence of BK knows better than to drive their own car to the scene
where they plan to murder someone.
BK might not have known that the murders were going to happen
until after he picked up IH and drove him away from the scene.

to know how much federal funds MPD & Moscow City got for these investigations

Two years as an officer and they had him heading an investigation this big and complex. No way. That's very suspicious.

TO BE FAIR - there are problems with what LE have released so far

Is LE legal entity?

So with the problem of the Idaho police lying on a previous murder case
that was overturned

the lawyer proved the police had lied in court - is problematic.

we are talking about the same police
and the same type of case
and the same attorney
So what do the cops know and what are they telling the truth about
versus
what they might be lying about and to what extent?
They have definitely lied on this case to the public - but why?
Is there any exculpatory evidence that needs discovery before moving forward on this case?

If they lied on a previous murder case, there's a high probability that it's the same for this case. We already know they lied, due to the changing of facts, but to what extent.

This case has reasonable doubt - it doesn't make any sense
unless
They needed an arrest before spring semester began
- if kids stayed home and learned remotely that whole entire town would have a huge loss.
Restaurants , grocery stores , hair dressers, shops Moscow's economy depends on student population

Add the alleged post of Kohberger's sister stating BK was at 1122 doing drugs with a security guard buddy

at which point the post alleges Bryan left him there. Its all strange, and tragic

There's conflicting information from LE
- which could be deliberate - so much mystery and misinformation.
- maybe to protect the case from being compromised - some reason unknown to the public

meanwhile
this will remain unanswered until we hear the 911 call
and testimony from first responders on scene

i.e.
DID - either on the 911 call
or
when paramedics arrived
- did the roomates/friends on scene tell the paramedics/EMTs:
"..there's a lot of blood and we saw one person, all 4 people, etc deceased.."

Cities can have different policies/protocols
- where paramedics or firefighters cannot enter
- until the property has been cleared by law enforcement
- to ensure any perpetrator isn't still on scene.

Sometimes, in some municipalities, any time fire/rescue and/or paramedics are dispatched
AT LEAST 1 police officer responds as well.
There are situations where they cannot "..engage in the call.." until dispatch is notified
- to send an officer
- and then
an officer is on scene.

how/to what - specific first responders was the call allocated?
Could the bodies have been moved during those 8 hours to clean up the place?
IF the crime scene was cleaned wouldn't the bodies have been moved?

How often did they work? What do all of these people’s bank records look like?

How is the most accessible bedroom bypassed 3 times - the same bedroom with the woke individual
who is making noise repeatedly by getting up out of bed and opening and closing doors?

Mr. Goncalves said they didn’t have to go upstairs - so they CHOSE to
- they were the only people sleeping and not bothering anybody at that time
so how could they be included. They wouldn’t - so it was something from before this night,
like an ongoing issue and something more recent was the final straw
