Reading all the confusing info we have on this case, I asked myself... Who is, or who are, the killer(s)?

The chart at first glance shouldn't be read, with the very last second of the very last degree on the ascendent.
On further consideration, I'm holding it valid and I'll explain why.

One basic consideration is the ascendent represents the victims, at 29 degrees it shows the end of their lives.
Entering asteroid Scheat, misfortune and death, it is at exactly 29degrees pisces, in the 8th house of death.
Ascendent ruled by Leo, very well describes the type of life these young adults were living. Showy, fun loving, egotistical, self centred, party lovers.
Sun is in the 6th house, which rules among other things, tenants.
And the victims, with exception of visiting Ethan, were all tenants in the house.
Asteroid Algorab, violent death, squares the sun exactly from the 2nd house.
Algorab is the equivalent of mars and Saturn.

The 7th house is the murderer, or murderers, Saturn.
Saturn strong by sign opposes the ascendent.

The murderer is also mars, especially murder by stabbing.
Sun's last aspect was a trine to mars, approximately 3degrees, or 3 months, ago.

Rulers of the 8th of death are Neptune (drugs and alcohol ) and Jupiter both in the 8th.
For the victims, the 8th is also the house of loans, as well as sex and death.

In the 7th is also Venus, ruler of the 2nd of the victim's money and possessions (drugs?).

The midpoint of Neptune and Jupiter, is POF and Scheat. All in the 8th house.

Also inserted asteroid Procyon (Procyon has a Mars-Mercury nature and therefore makes people hasty, jealous, pig-headed. But it also confers will-power and ability to put thoughts and plans into action.) In the 11th house exactly opposing pluto of the underground, and inconjunct Saturn.

Mercury in the 5th of fun and casual sex, rules the 11th of friends. And is conjunct Tantalus, that which we desire but cannot reach.

Moon strong in cancer in the 11th of friends opposing Tantalus and mercury.

Xana's mother's moon in cancer for the noon chart is 13 cancer.
Xana's sun is at 13 cancer.

We still don't have any DOB for Dylan.

This chart seems to paint an accurate picture of the event.
So who is the killer?

Mars is in the 10th house. Why?
The 10th ruler is Venus, in the 7th of the murderer.
The 10th rules the mother of the victims.
The 11th rules the mother's money, ruled by mercury with tantalus.

it says
- Suspect Vehicle re-entered area at 4:04AM
- drove past house, turned around behind 500 Queen Rd
- drove back and stopped in front of house
- maybe tried to park
- drove to end of road
- made a 3 point turn and drove by house again.

The absolute EARLIEST killer could have parked the car behind the house was 4:10-4:12AM
- at the EARLIEST
and
MAYBE not until 4:15AM.
And we all know he left at 4:17AM
having ACTED ALONE - having killed four young healthy resisting adults in two minutes
leaving no bloody footprints while exiting front door carrying large bloody sheathless knife
- this isn't adding up

Similarity with the Stone Foltz 2021 hazing death are clear:

"..James Lenaghan Jr passed out after drinking more than a gallon of wine

An autopsy revealed the cause of death was acute alcohol poisoning.
He was found to have a blood-alcohol level of 0.45, more than four times the legal definition for intoxication
which at that time was .10 and has since been lowered to .08.
During a court inquest, it was revealed that Lenaghan during the initiation
had been made to consume about a gallon of wine in 45 minutes.

The fraternity also made pledges eat garbage, sit in a chair that jolted them with a car battery
and lie soaking wet in the snow, and paddled them and branded them on the buttocks
with a coat hanger shaped into Greek letters, officials said

"They don't know what to do, they're afraid to call 911"
- Venmo payments made the afternoon before and the morning of

There are holes in LE's stories
and whilst one or two lies were made to protect the surviving roommates
- like '..they were asleep on the 1st floor..'
but, what was the point of saying that X and E had hours missing in their timeline
and the fact that B and D went out separately and were in bed by 1am?

The PCA says B saw X and E at Sigma Chi until 1.45am
- so she was in the same place and was NOT in bed by 1am
and actually then, where was D?

and then
saying you thought it was just someone playing with their dog at 4 am.
DM heard everything and knew exactly what was happening.
- there was something sketchy going on at that house
- they needed to take care of some things before calling the police.
- the whole story narrative will change when the court dates happen.

Friends definitely contaminated crime scene on Sunday morning.
How much is the question.
Did they move the knife sheath?
Did they move Ethan?
Did they clean up areas?
So many issues with the kids who arrived before police and EMTs.
There may be charges pressed if kids interfered with crime scene

There were people fighting, wrestling and screaming for their lives in that house.
- story doesn't line up
the affidavit states a ring camera picked up cries/whimpers/a scream & a loud thump
& that house is 60+ feet away
- so that all had to be very loud
- so no way Dylan didn’t know what was happening & had happened.
- how were the two surviving roommates so clueless
to the sheer horror taking place in the home.


- Xana had to have been screaming
as she had to watch her boyfriend being slashed
& stabbed repeatedly. Xana too, was also attacked and in a struggle for her life
and was likely screaming
- Ethan looked out the bedroom door is because even he heard something
or Xana alerted him that something was wrong.
- doesn't add up that screams, cries and scuffles weren’t heard.
There’s a huge difference between party screams and screams of terror.

Dylan said she heard sounds but was unsure what to make of them.

Yet two, out of the 4 victims, were actually in an intense struggle for their lives
and only little sounds were heard?

Xana had defensive wounds she was fighting for her life
- had defensive wounds all over her hands and fingers.

- almost impossible that DM wouldn't have heard what was going on right across her room
especially because one of the victims was found outside the room


- to not hear what's going on upstairs
Four people murdered
- some with defensive wounds
Xana's fingers were nearly sliced off and she had deep wounds to her hands.
- and DM just heard a soft cry?
If DM can hear what she thought was Kaylee playing with her dog
she heard all the commotion of FOUR murdered victims
- carnage was going on in that house. Xana and Ethan fighting for their live’s
must have very disturbing and noisy.
BK was able to go to his classes the very next day without a scratch or cut on him.
There’s more to this than we are being told.

Greek life is a gang mentality in all universities that have the fraternities and sororities
drugs, drinking alcohol, sex, sex trafficking, torturing new associates, stealing and telling lies
has always been a huge part of their SECRET mandatory LIFE STYLE
- with high fees they pay to live and learn this secret society LIFE STYLE.

Why did Ethan withdraw money to pay a friend in the middle of that night?

- all are huge PROFIT money making operations - heavily PROTECTED
because of the huge money making that comes from their secret society LIFE STYLE opperations
since this horrific event happened, there's students and perhaps faculty running scared right now.
Money to the schools comes from sorority and frat members and their alumni.
