Perhaps a second person has not been arrested
because
they are already in custody
and looking to reduce possible charges for this
by sharing supposed knowledge of a more serious crime.

June may be a very interesting month.

Thanks - the chapter originally started in 1927 as the locally founded Commoners Fraternity.
Not the oldest fraternity on campus,
- but the Commoners became first at BGSU to receive a national charter in 1942.
They were then named the Delta Beta Chapter of Pi Kappa Alpha

The Delta Beta Chapter of Pi Kappa Alpha was reported for hazing prior to the Spring 2021 semester
when, in December 2018, an anonymous tip was made to the university
by the roommate of a Pi Kappa Alpha member
detailing alleged sleep deprivation
and members being forced to fight each other in their underwear,
in a deeply dug hole.

Fall 2018, several members of the chapter posted a picture of themselves on Instagram
- dressed as stereotypical "..cholos.." for Halloween.
The picture was captioned "..Your culture IS my costume #CholoGang.."
The chapter soon deleted the post
- released an apology statement
- and the students involved were suspended from the fraternity for one year.
A university investigation found that the students were protected by the 1st Amendment
and were not found to have violated the Code of Conduct.

In November 2019, the university received another report
concerning the chapter forcing new members to drink a "..family drink.."
at the fraternity's "Big/Little" reveal party

From December 9, 2019
to
May 8, 2020, the Pi Kappa Alpha national organization placed the chapter on probation.

On February 7, 2021, Foltz and eight other students pledged to join Pi Kappa Alpha
They were given a "..New Member Handbook.."

told to attend all ritual events
- one of which was the March 4 hazing event.
Prior to the event,
they were told
to inform their professors of the possibility that they would be absent from class the next day

According to an eyewitness, Foltz finished his bottle in only 18 minutes

Witnesses reported that Foltz threw up and had trouble walking.
His Big and two other members led him to a car and drove him to his apartment.
They then left FOLTZ alone on his couch
after spending some time with him in the apartment

Half an hour later, at approximately 10:30 P.M, a roommate came home
and called Foltz's girlfriend
to help him look after the unconscious Foltz.
Soon after
Foltz stopped breathing
and his face turned blue.
Foltz's girlfriend called 911 at 11:23 P.M
as the roommate performed CPR.
Once paramedics arrived at 11:25 P.M, Foltz was taken to Wood County Hospital
then airlifted to Promedica Hospital in Toledo
His blood alcohol content was .394 g/dL.
Despite their best efforts, the doctors could not save him,
and
his body was prepared for organ donatiom

THREE DAYS LATER Foltz died

- on March 7, 2021
- His heart, lungs, liver, kidneys, and other organs were able to be donated.

- there's places where the grandparents are the main suppliers or cooks
and they have their children and grandchildren running the drugs out for them

- with drugs it's passed down from generation to generation
especially when you have a black-market business going on
- grandparent child and their child all sit together three generations doing drugs at one time
and running businesses through family/family friends
and whoever else stays and lives in those houses
- when you got one dealer in the house you got everybody else involved
- getting their cut
- establishing their hierarchy.
And everybody keeps wanting quiet every time it comes up about 1122
and what 1122 was known for
- because they're trying to cover up for the University sake
because Dylan's mother works at the University.
Which gives a perfect position there to have somebody on the University side
to keep an eye on what's being known and not known in case any type of law/or something's involved

Unsurprising IF from the get-go the DA has been quietly sitting watching this
and that's why they didn't go after anybody immediately.

- then they change their story
- at least one of them says now that she has seen a guy with bushy eyebrows
- but doesn't call 911
- but gets her friends ahead of time called in.
Smart criminals are not going to call the law immediately

These girls were on probation with their sorority college for underage drinking, drugs, and hazing.
When the autopsies were conducted on the Idaho 4 victims, did the coroner check for Molly?


The parental drug convictions and the delay in calling the cops
may not be the only things that suggest 1122 could have been a stash house.
Several of the victims seem to have been living a lifestyle that was above their families means.
Xana's father's business failed in 2020 and he had to relocate to Arizona to find work.
Yet both Xana and her sister could both attend college.

Maddie's dad was "..indigent.."enough to qualify for a public defender
and serving 90 days when she started college.

Ethan's father was on his second marriage
and had three kids in college at the same time - triplets
- yet all 3 kids had their own pretty nice cars.

By themselves, summer jobs and student loans
usually won't provide enough money to fund the Greek lifestyle.
college students and narcotics - drugs are rampant on college campuses.
- kids of some of the biggest, richest families in the country
- heavily involved in selling drugs on campuses. Unbelievable.
- foolish to dismiss the possibility that drugs may have a bearing in this case to some degree or other.

to add to it, the biggest narcotics family member
is from Kaylee's family.
Her uncle Nathan has criminal history in Idaho, Washington and North Dakota
and other states.
His drug charges contain serious trafficking charges as well.
Right now he is in jail pending a murder charge
- related to drugs in the home of the person he attacked.
