Yes uttaraphadra (ubp)is lakshmi birth star thats y venus exalted there. Venus is lakshmi god of wealth n prosperity if Venus not good native financial status suffers Venus in Virgo makes one beggar. The birth chart of each individual is a complete picture of the karmas that he has to experience and work out in his life time.
