While waiting for the transit of Jupiter in Cancer, try this year to advance your ideas and what you aspire to by needing to find a solution that you had not thought of... You need to be careful w/ traveling (or moving to live) abroad having malefic Mars ruling the 9th, in the 9th, and square the ascendant and Saturn (ruler of your 12th). It could cause you to get in trouble w/ the law, involved w/ something criminal, doing something that's risky. The square to Saturn shows Self-undoing, where you cause yourself problems, messing up something that doesn't need messing up, in turn bringing you sorrow, doubt, confusion, and regrets. With Mars in Scorpio afflicting Saturn, you should never involve yourself in any illegal or dodgy activities, as you will be at risk of being arrested and imprisoned. So if you do ever travel abroad you need to be very careful not to get yourself involved w/ the wrong people.

I will go abroad legally. I try not to be in unsafe environments. I hope nothing happens against my will. But your comments surprised me. How long do these bad effects last? And will these effects be general or overseas? Should I be careful while still at home and in my country? Can you explain a little more?

I'm not suggesting you're going abroad illegally. But what I've said is written for you, so for something to happen your 9th house/ruler would need to be activated. And this would be regarding traveling overseas or to do w/ the law. Your 4th ruler is Mercury in the 9th house, which is your interest in wanting to move to another country, but once again Mercury is square your 12th ruler Saturn rx which can have you questioning your responsibilities to do w/ moving abroad, due to restrictions.

I disagree with the above posts. But I would reason that moving abroad is in your chart, and a foreign partner, but I see this as the Libra Sun in 9 signs from the ASC. Planets in detriment and fall often cause travel and wandering.
As for 12 in 1 - yes, 12 is a foreign place, but a simple view might be 'enemies and the native are entwined'

you probably think that the solution for you is to leave and I think you are right especially if you no longer doubt that you are wrong and you can keep control of yourself in order to have control of what is difficult to achieve for you...

Next year Uranus will transit Saturn and Pluto, which may seem a little more difficult, but that does not prevent going abroad.

From mid-August 2025, you will enter a significant period with the transit of Jupiter in Cancer where I see you well on the attack.

I agree with Chrysalis on this one.
The 9th of foreign places is ruled by mars and pluto, both in the 9th and square your 1st house ruler Saturn, conjunct ascendent.
Living abroad would probably be stifling to you.
Note transiting Uranus opposing the mars/pluto/mercury conjunction in 9th. This is giving you itchy moments, wanting to change, break free.
The trine to your Uranus/neptune helped to keep you in balance. The Uranus transition is an important one for you, as it is co-ruler of your ascendent.
Now transiting Jupiter (foreign lands!) is opposing mars in 9th, tempting you to go down that path, but it will probably turn out to be fool's gold if you do follow it. Jupiter will trine the natal Uranus/neptune to help keep your good sense in the foreground.
If we look at the 4th, your home and native land, it is ruled by mercury, in the 9th at the mars/pluto midpoint, not a happy place to be, and it is almost square the 1st house Saturn. So again, your "home" in a land that is "abroad" would prove very restrictive.
Your partner is the 7th, ruled by sun, who is conjunct Jupiter.
Jupiter rules foreign lands, persons, things, and this is probably where you receive your longing for something foreign.
So you just might marry a foreigner, but not in a foreign place.
The sun/jupiter conjunction trines the 1st house Saturn, so this solution would actually be a very positive one for you.

That’s what I thought too: in whole sign houses the sun is in the 9th and it rules the 7th house of relationships.

I regret I have so little to offer this important question, due in part to my inexperience with these kinds of questions and also that you have received remarkable delineations. But I will share the little bit that I did see. It is not about when, but about the goodness of your moving abroad.
My inclination was to use whole sign houses. When we do, your 9th house is both ruled by Venus in her dignity and she is also domiciled there. And Venus also rules our Sun in the WS 9th. This looks to me to be a very favorable thing for you to fulfill in your life.

A long time ago, my dear first astrology teacher looked at my chart and said that I would never be truly happy until I moved to a far away home. I kind of blew it off. But many years later when I did move far away, it has been the most totally wonderful experience of my life. And I have had some very wonderful experiences in my life, like us all.
