Am I being stalked?

Hey guys, can someone please take a look at this chart, I have a feeling I'm being stalked and don't feel safe, does this chart indicate it anywhere?

Because it could be a complete stranger for all I know or it could be someone I know (although that's unlikely). I don't really think it would be anyone I know as they wouldn't stalk me. That's kind of what I wanted to find out, IF I'm being stalked and if I am, by who? and does the chart show this. Like is it a romantic interest, a past friend? because I really wouldn't have a clue. If I do think about it, I suspect it would probably be a neighbor or something if I was, or someone that I know of but don't know personally. Does this chart show this?? whether it's a stranger or someone I know of?

I feel someone is watching me, that's literally it. I have no other evidence, other than my phone doing weird things. I could be delusional but I usually have a pretty good intuition.

I read through this thread and several questions popped into my mind.

With Capricorn on the 12th house cusp, is it possible that it’s someone from your workplace? The 10th house is Capricorn’s house (in general), and with the 10th house being the house of career, maybe it’s someone from your workplace.

If it’s not someone from your workplace, the other thing that popped into my mind was that it could be a ~presence. The 12th house is the house of malicious hauntings, though I’m not sure all hauntings are malicious, or have malicious intent.
Do you live in an old home? Where do you feel like you’re being watched the most?
Some presences do have the ability to interfere with electricity.

To identify a stalker we look towards the planet of obsession, which is pluto. Here it is in your 12th of things going on that are hidden from you.
Pluto has entered the house of your subconscious and is in a sign of Saturn, your co-ruler. Pluto has invaded you literally.
It is co-ruler of the midheaven, and if we look to the other co-ruler of the midheaven, mars, we see it by your IC, your safe space, your home. And approaching a conjunction with your co-ruler, Uranus.
This would seem to confirm your intuition, that yes someone is or has been stalking you.
Mars also rules your 3rd of communications, and you do mention something odd with your phone.
So who is this?
One indication is that Saturn (you) is now retrograde and moving away from the degree of pluto, by about 4 degrees, so this situation probably began about 4 units of time ago, maybe roughly 4 weeks.

I think the reason Saturn is ruler of fear is because it imagines bad things that can or have been real. What kind of stalker are you speaking of = Human or Drug or Criminal? Moon is square Saturn which is a NO to you being stalked, by a person, I'm pretty sure, but it does indicate that you might be stalking something stalking you? The 12/6 opposition of planets Pluto against Sun & Mercury - how is your mental and physical well being? Saturn likes to spread fear in even doses, but the planets around are usually most telling imo. Stalking is usually a 3rd house thing and you have Jupiter and Chiron there, which is the benevolent healer aspect.

I see, thank you for your input. I am speaking of a human. My mental wellbeing not great. I am probably just being delusional. I have little faith in my intuition at the moment

The imagined fear comes from the 4th house usually in a person's chart - moony fears from childhood. Who stalked you during childhood to replicate your fears today? It comes from someplace. It's not necessarily delusional if it is has 'this happened to me before' and the fears and feelings of it are still there.
