himanshul, the answer to your question is very simple: yes, you have one of the 5 Mahapurusha Yogas (the Venus one, Malavya Yoga), and yes, it will bring you all sorts of material conforts, besides a good wife (or maybe even more than one marriage).
But don't think you'll be a billionaire; you'd need a super strong chart money-wise for that, which you don't particularily have. But thankfully, one does not need a lot of moneyto be able to live a good life, and you'll have that and quite a bit more.
Also, yes, Mahapurusha Yogas last a lifetime but their effects are more pronounced during the Vimshottari Period of the respective planet and/or after the age of the planet's maturation (which, in Venus' case, is at 24 years old).
Your Venus/10th house is quite strong actually, apart from a really bad aspect from malefic Jupiter (ruler of 12th and 3th) in 6th, which brings down the Yoga a bit in power. And, as always, 50% of the population has Mahapurusha Yogas: it doesn't mean that everyone would be rich or famous! Not at all. And Malavya Yoga doesn't even mean that much money, or even fame. Just luck in love, sex and pleasure (lots of it).
You also need to check *at least* Venus' position in D-9 Navamsha and D-10 Dashamsha. If, for example, Venus is debilitated in D-9, then the Malavya Yoga will only operate at most a quarter of it's strength. And you didn't post your age, so if you're still younger than 24, wait until you are that age at least to start seeing some true Venusian effects.
