Can grand-cross involve moon and his nodes and one planet?
Yes, although grand crosses involving planets/luminaries only are certainly more important. I've always considered a grand cross consisting of the nodal axis and two others planets/luminaries in opposition to really be a "supercharged opposition" -- the nodes, in such a case, signify the opposition has a very important developmental meaning to the native; the native is tasked with resolving the opposition as a very important factor of the life experience, and will face blockages and challenges until the polarity of the opposition is better integrated. Yet at the same time they have a very strong potential to integrate the opposition in a very powerful manner; they can become masters of using the opposition in both everyday life as well as spiritual consciousness, if they choose to do so.
Like:
The Moon in Leo 01 23' (11th House)
South Node in Libra 28 33' (3th House)
North Node in Aries 28 33' (9th House)
Mars in Capricorn 23 05' (5th House)
The problem here is that the Moon is not in the proper sign to be a part of the cross. While she is within orb of a square to the nodes, she is not only outside orb of opposition to Mars, but out of sign to form an aspect with any of the other three objects.
What a grand cross is, is simply four objects completing connected squares, sometimes called a "grand square".
Objects in square are three signs apart; they skip two signs between the placements... Lets start with the N.Node in Aries, the first sign. We'd get to Taurus, 30 degrees, one sign. Gemini would be 60 degrees, the second sign, and Cancer, the 3rd sign, would be 90 degrees. Of course, a square is 90 degrees of orb.
Continuing on to the opposition, we'd advance three more signs.. Leo, being 120 degrees and containing your Moon, Virgo being 150 degrees, finally Libra, being 180 degrees. Of course, the nodes are always exactly 180 degrees apart, forming a perfect opposition across the chart.
You'd then move three more signs, into Scorpio, 210 degees, into Sagittarius, 240 degrees, and into Capricorn, 270 degrees. Here we find your Mars, in square to both nodes.
And three more signs, Aquarius at 300 degrees, Pisces at 330, finally Aries, 0 degrees, coming full circle back to your N.Node.
So you do have Mars square your nodal axis, this is a "T-square". T-squares, simply put, indicate energy with which we face conflict with until we properly integrate the energy. As the nodes don't necessarily relate to a part of the personality, but rather are receptive points, showing both our connections to others, as well as how we grow through those connections, the Mars-Nodes T-square shows aggression, assertion, anger and taking action (and everything else Martian, of course) are part of your growth path. Review the meanings of Mars, for better and worse, and consider if there's some work you need to do there. Maybe you have anger issues, anger getting the best of you... Or maybe it's the opposite side of the coin, that you are unable to properly assert yourself and let others walk all over you. With Mars in Capricorn, it seems more like the later, as Capricorn, ruled by Saturn, is often about limitations and slowly moving upwards, and Mars isn't so firey and aggressive here. However, some people express this "controlled aggression" as a blockage, and let the energy build up and then lash out at others. Maybe you've already done alot of work with Mars and have developed a healthy expression of your Martian energy. Only you know the answers here, so take a little time to think about what Mars means to you, and where you are on the journey with him, and you'll gain a better understanding of the Mars-Nodes T-square. As with any placement in the chart, they show potential and possibility more than anything else, and without analyzing the whole chart it's hard to come up with a more exacting interpretation.
Hope that helps a bit
