The Congress of the United States established by the new Constitution met for the first time at New York City’s Federal Hall on March 4, 1789. It is arguably the most important Congress in U.S. history. To this new legislature fell the responsibility of passing all the legislation needed to implement the new system, solving the difficult political questions left by the Constitutional Convention, setting up the rules and procedures of the House and Senate, and establishing the roles of its officers such as Speaker of the House and President of the Senate.
You will note all Presidents took Oath on 4 March up to Truman, What do you think that will show????
The First Congress started on 4th March 1789 in the Capitol of the time, New York, Egyptian sunrise day marker chosen with Alnilam on I.C. by paran, which is why they chose that day, graph below:-

The Louisiana Purchase, was in time the thing that made U.S.A. a super power, it doubled the size of America at the time, it was announced on 4 July 1803, link below:-
The next on the list is North Carolina with no alignments, but North Dakota, which i couldn't find any alignments but is aligned by the Louisiana Purchase, shown below:-

You can see how large this chunk of land was by the purple patch:-

Although Ohio is on the Louisiana Purchase, there is a problem with when it joined the Union, quote and link below:-
"On this date, President Dwight D. Eisenhower signed a law ending the dispute about the actual calendar day Ohio was admitted into the Union. The Ohio state convention agreed to petition for admittance into the Union on November 29, 1802. Congress approved this action on February 19, 1803, but did not complete the steps to grant statehood. The 8th Congress (1803–1805) missed a critical part of the statehood process: congressional ratification of the state constitution."

As you can see with above links, there was a mistake made as originally as Ohio didn't want 1 March 1803 as date for joining the Union but 29 November 1802.

Hi Jup
Next is Oklahoma:-
It does follow up on the Opal thread with the Land Run of 1893:-
I thought that The Cherokee Strip Land Run of 1893 would interest you, although land run started at Noon, i have always said look for day markers, sunset midnight or sunrise, the day marker for this on 16th September 1893 was SUNRISE, i have aligned it to Enid, Oklahoma, Alnilam Belt of Orion, Osiris Star culminating on M.C.

Link below, graph on attachment, you may have to left click on image several times to make clearer:-

Setting up for tomorrow, quote:-
"By the end of the day (April 22, 1889), both Oklahoma City and Guthrie had become cities of around 10,000 people each. As Harper's Weekly reported:

At twelve o'clock on Monday, April 22d, the resident population of Guthrie was nothing; before sundown it was at least ten thousand. In that time streets had been laid out, town lots staked off, and steps taken toward the formation of a municipal government.[31]
"After the passage of the Indian Appropriation Bill, President Benjamin Harrison made the declaration that on April 22, 1889, at 12 o'clock noon that the Unassigned Land in Indian Territory would be open for settlement."
This was marked at actual time, i'll show tomorrow.

Oklahoma Statehood on 16 November 1907 wasn't marked but the first political vote in Oklahoma was marked:-
Link to political vote and quote below:-
"The 1907 Oklahoma elections were held on September 17, 1907, to elect every political office in the soon-to-be-formed U.S. State of Oklahoma. The elections took place in Indian Territory and Oklahoma Territory."

The Third Land Run was on 19 April 1892. my location is near to event but is out by 2 minutes of Noon, so is not exact, on 19 April 1892.
Quote and link below:-
"The third land run began at high noon on April 19, 1892 into the lands (4,300,000 acres) of the Cheyenne and Arapaho. Blaine, Dewey, Day, Roger Mills, Custer and Washita Counties date their beginnings from this homestead run of approximately 25,000 citizens.".

It must be noted that i'm not sure of locations in Oklahoma where these land runs started, however Oklahoma isn't the largest state so the alignments would cover most of area, next is a Land Lottery, quote below:-

Land Lottery, 1901

Instead of another land rush, on August 6, 1901 actual settlement of claims to the Wichita-Caddo and Comanche, Kiowa and Apache lands occurred after the drawing of names in a land lottery. With 2,080,000 acres available, nearly 170,000 people registered at El Reno and Fort Sill land offices between July 9 and July 28. The 6,500 names first drawn between July 29 and August 5 were the winners of claims. Kiowa, Caddo, and Comanche Counties were added to Oklahoma Territory.
I have used the end of lottery being July 28 1901, although winners were announced later, over area Sirius was the heliacal rising star, graph below:-

Construction of the newest building began on December 4, 1936.[16] The third state capitol was completed June 18, 1938[1] and is the fourth-newest capitol in the United States. The capitol was dedicated on October 1, 1938, with speeches from President Franklin D. Roosevelt, Leslie M. Scott, Robert W. Sawyer, and Oregon Governor Charles Henry Martin.
