Yod and square

Sophie,

I suggest you go to http://www.astro.com (Astrodienst) and create your chart there if you are having problems with the Astrology Weekly chart generator: Astrodienst has a built-in atlas and adjusts the birth time automatically. A Yod indicates a point of energy which has a VERY strong focus at the sign/planet/house of the planet where the two inconjunct aspects join. With Mercury (thinking/daily work) square (energy needs to be combined with) Saturn (duty, also structure, career) there is a great ability to do "structured thinking": to create practical solutions to issues. While structuring your thoughts can be tiring it can be a GREAT advantage in you career! ;)

Giving the basics,

Tim

About posting and general astro comments

Sophie,

The easiest way to allow people access to your chart is to paste in a link in HTML, without using any [] coding. For example, I am typing in: http://www.astro.com with no [] coding, and the HTML link will be created automatically when I post this message. I was able to access your chart link by copying the HTML and pasting it into a new browser window.

You can also edit your posting by clicking on the "edit" button in the top right corner of your post. The "edit" button is only available when you are logged into the site. In fact, I used the "edit" button to edit this post! ;)

I see the yod you are talking about now: a focus on Gemini (thinking, also writing) modifying Mars (being, also action). So there is an INTENSE focus on actively thinking...which can create a challenge since this action creates MANY different ideas. Which idea is best? Which one should be acted on? All these are questions which can come up from such a yod.

And, in terms of Saturn (duty, also structure) and Mercury (thinking, writing/daily work), I see Saturn SEXTILE (energy goes easily with) Mercury, indicating it is EASY for you to structure your daily thinking. The challenge is (as was mentioned previously) on taking ACTION in your daily thinking. AND Mercury is SQUARE (energy needs to be combined with) Jupiter (expansion), again bringing us back to "too many ideas, too little time"! ;)

The aspect which will help most in "enforcing structure" in your chart is Capricorn (duty, also structure) modifying Saturn (duty, also structure) focused in the 5th house (self-expression) near the 6th house (daily work) trine (energy goes very easily with) Virgo (daily work) modifying Pluto (transformation, also power) focused in the 2nd house (physical, also desire). This indicates you CAN be structured in your approach, if you develop a habit (daily work) of enforcing yourself (Pluto) to structure (Saturn) the way you do things (self-expression).

Of course, it will be a challenge...so MANY ideas...which one to choose? But let your practical Saturn guide you...which ideas can best be STRUCTURED into some definite result? Use THOSE ideas. And you have to want to (desire) will yourself (Pluto) to structure (Saturn) those selected ideas. This MAY have been the way you were able to write a book...and this method will work just as well for other things! ;)

Structuring your ideas is the door you need to walk through...and SATURN is the key! ;)

Suggesting Structure,

Tim
