It's interesting how the 6th interacts with the 12th: you get sick (6th) and then go to the hospital (12th). I also consider the 12th a permanent emigration house (4th from the 9th).

Their natal charts are quite unremarkable and they'll never amount to anything and that's about 80% of any population. You can have the ruling class, wealthy class, priestly class, warrior class, merchant class, artisan class, farming and herding classes and at the very bottom is the labor class who are 80% of the population. You can substitute modern terms for classes today, but at the bottom will be the 80% who make up the labor class. Slavery, bondage, the master-servant relationship, whatever you want to call it arose later in history and specially due to the rise of urban centers.

If it's under attack by malefics and those malefics rule certain other places they're likely to be incarcerated. There are other tells in the chart that also indicate incarceration. Moon, Mars, and Saturn in the 4th place depending on the sign and Venus conjunct Mars in the 8th place opposing Saturn are tells. There's quite a few of them and they're not just limited to the 12th place.

Yes, restricted from living a "carefree life style." Could be through having to sacrifice for others who are ill or because you're ill and can't participate in life too much. Captivity, imprisonment, can be mentally, not physically, because of onerous duties to others.
