5th or 7th house?

I would like to ask a question, which has to do with relational horary. When we ask a question about someone, with whom we are already in a relationship, do we take him as a ruler of 5th or 7th house?

The 7th house is the person, the 5th house is romantic activities - as well as entertaining activities, like going on dates, or to the theatre, or anything that falls under having fun.

The person himself would get 7. The party you're going to with him would get 5.
