    I need to fix your grammar a little bit, Marina, because "hardly" means difficult to, or in a difficult manner, and so your expression should be "can hardly believe", and not "can't hardly believe, hardly can't believe", because the latter means that you cannot hardly believe in something, and it means easy to believe in something, too.

    "Too" is a word that describes an overload of the quality of an adjective that causes negative consequences, and the word "to" has a lot of meanings, and it's similar to the word "te" and "naar" in Dutch. (Sorry if I'm wrong, as I used Google Translate).
