no! my moon is at 10'57 degrees. I think you end up falling into the last decan which would mean that your libra moon is also compromised of gemini characteristics, where as mine would be libra/aquarius. I'd look into libra 3rd decan if i were you.. I know people mostly only associate that with sun signs but I highly believe it has strong characteristics over all of the placements and aspects!
