Thoughts on Sun in Aquarius, Midheaven Leo?

Sun near IC. It might not get enough attention. Family/roots of some sort might have priority. I'd have to see the rest of the chart to say for sure.

I found something interesting that was similar to an idea that popped into my mind earlier:

I don´t understand why exactly this is a detrimental position for the Sun. Is it because of the opposition to Leo? I can´t understand how an Air sign is detrimental to a fiery planet...
