The Disgraced Generals and Leaders Exposed

"The Pentagon is considering retroactively demoting retired Gen. David Petraeus after he admitted to giving classified information to his biographer and mistress while he was still in uniform, three people with knowledge of the matter told The Daily Beast.

The decision now rests with Secretary of Defense Ash Carter, who is said to be willing to consider overruling an earlier recommendation by the Army that Petraeus not have his rank reduced. Such a demotion could cost the storied general hundreds of thousands of dollars—and deal an additional blow to his once-pristine reputation."

"The former vice commander of Schriever Air Force Base's 50th Space Wing has been charged with rape, assault, adultery and a string of other crimes, documents released Thursday show."

The most telling of late is this clip, it has to be difficult to get clobbered by those above and below (the Generals). They face a significant challenge because the contempt for their decisions will not be leaving with the one who ordered them. The only person who may hate the next 4 years even more so than the last 8 is specifically the American General.

What is Uranus doing in America's chart right now? Anything indicate important people being fired, charged, or reprimanded on a large scale? It must be there somewhere. Are there two planets working together that normally don't (troops/whistleblowers and Obama for example) to be able to work to finally do this (end some corrupt practices within institutions) successfully?

This isn't a satire thread. I apologize if it came across that way. The video is attached.

"McCain slammed Gen. Mark Welsh, the Air Force Chief of Staff, saying the general was being “disingenuous” and that his answers were “embarrassing.”

The exchange became heated, with McCain repeatedly interrupting Welsh before finally cutting the conversation off by saying “Enough general, OK?”

Awesome! Tell him Sir!!!!

An Air Force commander had beef with one of the (retired) guests of a retiring service member and had him phsycially removed from the retirement ceremony. This sounds small but it is huge, more to follow. The investigation was started in less than 24 hours and the military journalists won't cover it. (military.com, army.com, etc.).

"Why do you think people are leaving (the Air Force) in droves?" Sila wrote. "Because the guys in the trenches are subjected to nonstop stupidity from commanders who don’t deserve the rank, respect, or support of the people they're in charge of.”

So, I don't suppose we need this thread anymore... LMAO

It wasn't about the message, it was about the audience that thought they lived in the 12th house. I could care less, but I'm not a dummy. Let me know if you want me to delete it.

Much easier that way... Come on out. This isn't at all hostile, but boo. Welcome to the 3rd H, Cancer. Just remember I didn't say the 5th H. ;-)

"NORFOLK, Va. — Investigators have concluded that a Navy hospital ship designed to perform humanitarian missions and build goodwill for the U.S. abroad was plagued by leadership problems for years before it set off to Latin America last spring with a brand-new commanding officer.

Citing investigative reports it obtained through the Freedom of Information Act, The Virginian-Pilot reports that Capt. Rachel Haltner was relieved of command in March 2015 after her crew described high levels of stress and a lack of trust."

Seal commander-one-star denied promotion for retaliating against a series of whistleblowers.

"We are especially troubled that during a time when the Navy is reportedly working to create a service culture and promote command climates that are free of threats of unlawful reprisals, that you would consider promoting RDML Losey when you specifically found that he created exactly the type of negative command climate that is so harmful to our military," the letter said."

Later, a congressional friend of the toxic leader tried to save his promotion to no avail.

"Rep. Ryan Zinke, R-Montana, heralded his former teammate Rear Adm. Brian Losey as a stand-up boss who saw a problem in his command and nipped it in the bud, then suffered inspector general complaints for his efforts."

"Five senior civilian officials who worked under Losey at U.S. Africa Command’s special operations unit filed IG complaints against the admiral, claiming he had retaliated against them for suspected disloyalty after a late 2011 IG complaint that he had tried to abuse the dependent travel system to benefit his daughter."

Dub - I know you watched that movie with Tim Allen Galaxy Quest -

Never Give Up Never Surrender

Sometimes when the world won't cooperate - we learn to love and give again....

Where is Neptune in your chart?

Sometimes - coupled with saturn, neptune is the saving grace to remind us that we can't give up on others - because they need us.
