The Hadron Accelerator Quantum Vacuum

Hello All; There is an event that may be of concern to some here regarding the testing of the LHC Collider in Cern Geneva Switzerland sometime in May of 2008 (Sun, Mercury and Venus in Gemini) due to several accidents with one fatality last year while trying to activate it.

This Hadron Accelerator is a !Quantum Vacuum which thrusts and collides 10 trillion protons into each other causing a fourth dimension subatomic energy.

This Atlas Experiment will take place deep underground but the concern is the effect of what is called the Hawking strangelets which is radiation producing tiny black holes or Monopoles that causes nucleons traversing the Earth and possibly traveling out to Space. Lastly, these run-away particles staying in Earth's core for years.

"There are other particles, black energy, black mass, quintessence, vacuum energy, and many non definitive theories. We estimate this danger ranging from a minimal 2% risk to 5%". http://www.risk-evaluation-forum.org/anon1.htm

YouTube has the pro's but very little con's regarding the dangers of this type of subatomic combustion, but I have found other links that raise concerns of a mishaps. Some say that the strangelets can cause a tear in our atmosphere.
Such as the concerns of Nobel laureate and physicist Franck Wilczek of Stanford MIT and Brown. http://www.itwire.com/content/view/16440/545/

Personally as a resident of this Planet, I believe that regardless of how minute the artificial alteration or manipulation of our atomic environment.....the more noticeable the effect it will have on our eco-system and man's evolution.

Peace Love & Joy

'….The 2013 Nobel Prize for Physics was awarded recently to François Englert and Peter Higgs, who first theorized the possible existence of the "boson."

While the scientific community congratulates itself on this so-called "discovery," at a cost of over $10 billion USD, there is little agreement over what has actually been discovered, what it means, and what possible benefit it might have to humanity, with the exception of an excuse to build even larger, more expensive colliders with which to "smash" atoms

For this reason you'll find Adam's guest, Judy Beebe, all the more compelling...'

'….In The HYDROGEN CIPHER, Ms. Beebe culls over twenty years of research, through ancient and modern texts, as well with the help of extra-physical experiences (encounters with Nikola Tesla and others), to present a scientifically compelling case that Hydrogen, whose atomic number, as designated by science, is 1, is the real God Particle.

The only atom on the periodic table that does not have a neutron, Hydrogen appears to be the presence and agent of God in the physical world, facilitating the formation of all form, as it travels at the speed of thought.

For all the hoopla and expense associated with the award and research, scientists can point to very little, if anything, that could be improved in the world today by finding this piece of "God," if that was/is what it is.....'

'….Ms. Beebe didn't simply record her journey into the symbologies and clues to unlock the secrets of the ancients. She also came up with a formula and methodology to mix hydrogen, oxygen, and water, to create a source of benign, self-sustaining energy - benign, meaning non-toxic.

Self-sustaining. Once started, it doesn't stop, unless you stop it
Non-explosive. No chance of explosion or detonation. It's not volatile, or dangerous in any way.
Yet, attempting to raise $150,000 via crowd funding to fund a demonstration of the power and efficacy of her formula, she succeeded in raising all of $225....'

You see the quandary here? $10 billion sent down a rabbit hole to smash atoms, in search for confirmation of a theory of dubious value, one that scientists still aren't in agreement as to its significance.
Yet, a lone, dedicated seeker of understanding and beneficial change for Humanity and Planet Earth, finds it, but few notice http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n8LYg_vlIOM&list=UU2GY-PHuKS9yKW5i3hYRvjQ

Much of theoretical physics has moved into fantasy land. Much of it has no way of every being proven and as such is only in the realms of philosophy not reality.

There is a brand new book out that explores this schism that theoretical physics has taken from reality physics. Reality physics would be experimental nuclear physics. I have some thoughts about this because my son is a PhD level experimental nuclear physicist.

The book is entitled FAREWELL TO REALITY: How Modern Physics Has Betrayed the Search for Scientific Truth. Its written by science writer Jim Baggot. Baggot has written other volumes on the Higgs particle, Quantum Physics, and the meaning of quantum physics for chemistry students.

When you read about fanciful theories about how colliders will end the world and stuff like that, most of it has no bearing on any kind of experimental reality in physics and are simply made up.
