On page 38 of the December 1977 issue of American Astrology magazine is data that was originally published in the June 1955 issue of Astrological Magazine for Gerald Baille. He was born blind at 7 am on March 19th, 1939 in Dunkirk, France. I think the time should be some minutes later. I always suspect birth times given on the hour.
"September 26,1947 his parents took him to Lourdes (N 43°07'; W 0°02'). While his mother was making the ritual of "The Stations of the Cross" with him, the boy suddenly cried out 'Mother, what a lovely dress you have on.' The wonder had occurred. The boy who had been born blind could see."
