First question I have to ask, did someone elect this chart for them? It really looks too good to be chance.
Anyway, first thing I notice is that the angles are all Fixed, which is fantastic for any thing that someone wants to last. Perhaps Scorpio would have been a better selection than Leo, but I felt the symbolism of Sol in Gemini (since you said the company was started by two men) was more appropriate than Mars in Aries.
Since this involves a graphic design studio the quality of the Fifth house comes into question. Lucky lucky Jupiter rules and is conjunct the Fifth house showing skill and talent in creativity. With Jupiter and Pluto both retrograde in this house it makes me think they're updating older techniques for their designs.
Currently, what they have is shown by Mercury, but why so closely conjunct the Twelfth I can't really understand unless they're wanting to keep their profits a secret, that could make sense. The Seventh house and Saturn rules their customers, I'm really not a big fan of Saturn ruling this important house as it could suggest the clients not having much money or perhaps the detriment shows an inability to do the task which would lead to them wanting this studio to do it for them since Saturn occupies the First.
Jupiter also rules the Eighth house cusp which is very, very fortunate. Jupiter and Sol are mutally opposing, not very favorable in my opinion, but the Eighth ruler aspecting the Ascn ruler is good in any fashion, the oppostion just shows how this is given. A Trine or Sextile would have been much more appropriate showing a much easier transfer of money than an opposition.

Yes. The Seventh house shows the customers and the other partner, whoever that may be. Saturn ruling the Seventh being detrimented in the First house represents one of the partners, I couldn't tell you which, but perhaps the symbolism of this placement could help you decide which Saturn represents better. This person is not at all in a good place and I get the idea that the one represented by Sol is using the one represented by Saturn since Saturn is detriment and yet is dignifying Sol. Sol is in Saturn's Triplicity, so it would seem the one represented by Sol isn't giving as much back to Saturn as Saturn is giving to Sol.
I hope that makes sense. It made sense while I was thinking about it, but then when I tried to put it into words to express it, it seemed kind of confusing.
