Heart Problem

The husband of my first cousin on 25th Nov 06 got a heart attack. Will he recover? He is in the intensive care in the hospital. I asked the question about him. Any comments please.
(I have no natal chart).

This is a third party question: Chart NON-radical in 2 ways...
1. ASC is less than 3 degrees and
2. SAturn in the 7th house.
So Whatever I say take it with a pinch of salt.
This is my cousins (3rd house) husband (7th house).
So he is represented by VENUS of Libra.
His 6th house is Pisces represented by Jupiter.
Jupiter and venus in no aspect but both are combust by the sun.
Note that his 6th house of Pisces is populated by the Moon and Uranus causing electric shocks on health.
Heart problems are to do with Leo represented by the SUN which is afflicted square by Uranus. Note Leo has malefic saturn in in indicating the problem at hand. The sun is square with the south node in virgo.
Mercury represents his 12th house virgo afflicted by Saturn which shows he is hospitalised.
Will it end well? His 4th house is capricorn and saturn in his 11th house in good aspect trine with Venus, so it is hopeful.

I wonder if I could extract from this chart if he will need and should undergo surgery. (I think Mars represents this) Does anybody have any comments?

Patient is well and came out of hospital at about midday today. He had a minor operation (baloon?) and he is out to be observed periodically.
