All the talk lately from the media about the Bird Flu has got me curious as to the astrology of pandemics. I went back to one to the most infamous of pandemics the 1918 Spanish Flu that swept across the entire world and killed many people, and also checked the planetary aspects that were on in 1958 when the Asian Flu swept through, which by the way I caught when I was ten years old and thought I was going to die. The one planetary aspect that was common to both pandemics was the Saturn-Uranus opposition. I would like to check back to the Black Plaque that swept thru Europe back in the 1500's but my astro software doesen't go back that far. So now with all this talk of a Bird Flu pandemic soon to hit, I see that in 2008 Saturn and Uranus will be in opposition again, so am I am speculating that if it's going to get us, 2008 is probably a likely time for it to strike.
