When Moon is VOC we have two choices.

1/ Favourite wins
2/ Draw

Now I am confused as I am unable to decide who is favourite in this match. So will it be a draw or something else?

To me it does not seem that it will be drawn, because of ruler 1st is in 7 (in hands of enemy) and ruler of 7 in 7.
Frawley put favorite(upon bet) team on ASC, but I do not know nothing abouth bet, I use color method. VOC means if some of these teams have more wins up today it will win again, so nothing new will happen.
