I wish I could remember the source data for this, but an old technique for timing pregnancy that really seems to work is to attempt impregnation when:
1) YOu're ovulating (duh!) AND...
2) When the Sun and Moon, regardless of sign placement, are at the same angle to each other as when the woman was born. In other words... if you have Sun Sextile Moon, you will be more fertile (all else being equal) when the current aspect is Sun Sextile Moon... regardless of whether the current Moon is waxing or waning. This gives you two astrological windows of opportunity (unless you have Sun conj. Moon, or Sun opp. Moon)
