Will I have a long-term relationship with the person I am currently in love with?

This is a classic example of the technique of translation of light. The questioner is represented by the 1st house ruler, the Sun, the person she inquires about is represented by Saturn, ruler of the 7th house.

The two significators, the Sun and Saturn, are separating from a square (situation looks a bit difficult, chances of a long-term relationship may seem fading away at the time when she asked the question), but they are brought back in aspect by the Moon, who separates from a conjunction with Saturn and applies by square to the Sun.

So, the answer is 'Yes', and this should happen relatively quickly, as all the planets involved are in cardinal signs.
