Re: T Saturn conjunctions - Help!

Hehehehehe, My Precious Boy (don't let the name fool you) will eat your dog. Well, probably not, but he won't share me. That Pluto Venus conjunction shows up in many ways...

You see, it's already happening. I'm already meeting potential business friends who could help me once I move. I'd be thrilled to meet your real estate friend. I could also use some buddies since I only know one person out there so if you move back, that would be great. We seem to have similar viewpoints so I doubt we'll want to kill each other after a while.

Man, you sure are intent in fixing me up with some future mystery man. Are you an Aries? Aries women are always trying to get me in trouble. I've been foot loose and fancy free, i.e., sans a man since 1990. I like my freedom. The cat is all the emotional commitment I'm willing to tolerate. Right now he's hollering at me to come to bed. Really, how is this different than having a husband? Well yeah, I can always ignore the husband...

I see you are now an ex-member at that other elitist astrology site. They are soooo obnoxious over there!

Anyway, the cat is now screaming at me to come to bed. I supppose this would be funny to anyone watching. In a couple of minutes, the howling will start. I think I'll skip the howling for tonight. Off to bed I go...

Yes, my little guy is afraid of the tiniest of puppies...! Hahaha!

It's funny how things work out isn't it? We will definitely have to meet up once you are here and I will introduce you to my friend and some other People around OC.

That's hilarious! I am Aries Asc with Capricorn Sun. The Aries Asc comes across pretty strongly at times, along with a generally insensitive Sun Sign. The wrench in the middle of things is my Cancer Moon. The people closest to me see this part of my personality.

I am confused, I am not a ex-memeber of any group that I know of. Can you be "kicked out" of this site and not know it? If you are going by my name Vista, this is the only website I use it on. Now I am curious what "elitist" group you are referring to? LOL!

My dog just stares at me until I say, "tell mommy what you want." Hehe!

Re: T Saturn conjunctions - Help!

Disaster of all disasters! My friend backed out on getting me the airline tickets. Do you interpret horary charts? I posted one in the horary forum to see if she would come through. The frequent flyer miles technically belong to her soon to be ex husband. She thought the round trip would only require 25,000 miles which she thought she could use without him realizing it but the round trip would actually require twice as many miles. She thinks that her ex will give her the miles as part of the divorce settlement so she doesn't want to do anything now that might annoy him and make him reconsider. They have a good relationship considering the circumstances of the divorce but she just doesn't want to push it and I told her I didn't want to put her in an awkward situation with her husband. I told her I would find a way to get the tickets. What bites is that I was about to get the tickets the night she called me and told me she would get them. Now they are about $200 more. She did tell me to wait until tonight before I buy the tickets so she could maybe 'figure something out.' That gave me some hope but when I did the horary chart, Saturn was on the Ascendant. So much for hope. Maybe if I wait until the day before, the tickets will drop again.

Then, when I got home and checked my email, I found an offer from Citibank to get a personal loan to use for a vacation. This seemed to be the universe speaking to me so I applied. (I mean really, what are the chances of getting an offer for money to use for a vacation?) I will find out tomorrow if I get it. If I do, I wll use the $$ to move, assuming a job will be forthcoming from this trip next week.

So you're a goat. I seem to be surrounded by them lately. Maybe it's because Pluto already dipped its toe in the first degrees of Capricorn. And a full moon baby at that (or not. It depends on what degree the sun and moon occupy.) The Aries rising makes sense. I knew you had it prominent in your chart. Actually, in Vedic astrology, my rising sign and my moon are both Aries. I used to be a redhead and I'm seriously thinking of going back to red. With all that Cardinal energy, do you ever finish anything?

As for that other website - There is someone using the moniker 'Vista' and I assumed it was you. Had I looked at some of the idiotic questions this Vista asks, I would have known it couldn't have been you (can you tell from someones chart if they are good looking...oh puh-leeeezze.) The forum is associated with the website where most of us get our charts. I look every now and then and sometimes I even post, but I find that forum to be rather elitist. Oh jeez, this is embarrassing. I just realized this user isn't 'Vista', but something relatively close to it (well, close enough for me to get confused )

Anyway, let me know if you can interpret the horary chart I posted. Thanks!

Re: T Saturn conjunctions - Help!

Anyone with a stellium gets the transits with way more impact (that includes Jupiter transits too,) than others. I just noticed that you're a Sun/Pluto conjunction native. That's like having a permanent Pluto transit! (I'm a Sun/Pluto native too.)

Saturn is always about lessons and karma. The only advice I'd add to what's arleady been given is that the Sun/Pluto conjunction requires a lifetime of constant work on transformation of consciousness. I found meditation to be essential, or I would have told this Sun/Pluto conjunction to take a flying leap a long time ago.

The good news for your chart is that once the Saturn transit leaves, it only returns for a little "good-bye kiss" in May of 09. By that time, you'll have that karma/lessons under your belt, and be able to view in retrospect.

Re: T Saturn conjunctions - Help!

Hey Blueheron,

Nice to hear from you on this thread. I noticed this afternoon that this Saturn conjunction kinda completes a cycle that started fourteen years ago when I finally severed all ties with my mother. At that time, Saturn was opposing the Virgo stellium. In between, I had those wonderful squares from Pluto which did indeed transform my life in a very positive way. I think once Saturn is done, the cycle will be complete and I will have finally become the person I was meant to be that I couldn't be while under the influence of my mother. I started out with nothing but what I could carry in my car. I had to stay with friends and then family because I had nothing and I couldn't completely support myself in NYC. It wasn't easy, but I finally got a job where I did well. I also started an online business and I wanted to move back to Florida, but nowhere near my mother (I moved to the other coast.) September 11th occured when Pluto was at 12 degrees Sag, smack in the middle of my natal Pluto/Sun conjunction. What a double whammy that square was. On Christmas day of that year I decided to finally go back to school and get my education, something I couldn't do when I was with my mother because she was a master at psychological warfare and she could always undermine me back then. Now 14 years later Saturn is back to see what I've accomplished (or not.) Well, on the plus side, I managed to rescue and find myself. On the negative side, I'm still impatient as heck. I guess this transit of Saturn is a mixed blessing. If only my finances would improve...

OK. Here's a prayer for you: "God, give me patience. And I want it right now!"

Worry is always a companion of Saturn. You'll do fine... but it isn't easy. I'll send some positive vibes.

Sandyv63
I'm sorry I didn't reply back, but I had to go on an overnight trip for work and didn't check email. 83 emails later!!
What a bummer about the miles!! That's really a drag. It looks like you are going to travel anyway so I imagine you somehow work it out. Interestingly, Jupiter Rx(planet of travel) is sitting in your 9th of travel and squaring your Sun/Venus conjunction. Like I said before things will get better by mid July. In fact, the first time I wrote to you when I told you about my email not posting, I had written about the square but didn't bother this last go around because I didn't think it would be important.
I will look at your Horary chart more later as I have another work thing to get ready for. This one is difficult as you are the Sun and Saturn, your friend is Moon and the Moon in genreal represents "action," and the 9th house of travel is Mars. Moon trines Mars and then opposes Sun so I wonder if she will come through? Opposites are a "yes" answer but with great difficulty. I will have to looksie more later...

Re: T Saturn conjunctions - Help!

Um, rx Jupiter is approaching a trine to my Sun/Venus conjunction, not squaring it. It will be trine starting in mid July. It is squaring my Natal rx Jupiter now and will continue through mid July, Then it trines Venus, after that it trines my Sun and it will come within about a half degree of being exactly trine Pluto before it goes direct in September. I just read an article written a while back about how all six "friends" castmates all had Jupiter-Pluto trines around the time they all got those huge raises. Matt LeBlanc had transiting Pluto trine Jupiter which was supposed to usher in life changes for him. I already went through this trine; I didn't become wealthy. I was still in the first year of going to school and finances were horrible. They haven't improved past barely paying my bills so I'm wondering why some people feel it and others don't. Maybe the trine from transiting Jupiter to Pluto will be better.

As for my friend, nope, she didn't come through for me. I am going to wait until tomorrow to get my tickets, unless prices drop tonight. I don't think she'd think I'd wait to get my tickets so I am not counting on her to do this for me. Who knows, maybe she'll help me once I am ready to move.

I have to go meet a church choir that some of my coworkers are part of. They want to buy my jewelry (did I mention I make jewelry?) I am hoping to rake in a few dollars so that I have pocket change for my trip but with transiting Jupiter square my natal Jupiter, I don't think it will be much. I'm off to church...

Re: T Saturn conjunctions - Help!

Hi again,
Oops!! ;o( That's what I was trying to say! I really shouldn't do this when I am tired!!! Sorry!
No, you didn't mention the jewelry but I bet it's very pretty. I hope you did well selling it.
That's interesting about the Jupiter Pluto trines in the Friends castmates charts. I had Pluto Jupiter Trine in 87' and it never did much for me. Of course at the same time Pluto squared Saturn so I think the benefit was sort of cancelled out.
The good news is that just because the Jupiter Pluto trine did not help you in the past, it doesn't mean that it will not be helpful in the future, right? That's the beauty of astrological transits, they can manifest in different ways each time. You have three other very positive transits going on during that transit so perhaps it will be a much more positive outcome this time around?

PS. Can you tell me how to spell check on this site?? LOL! I have been cutting and pasting into word to spell check and back again and it's becoming a nuisance...

Re: T Saturn conjunctions - Help!

Hi Vista,

I have no idea how to spell check here. I do the same thing you do.

Well, the good news is that I got my plane tickets. The bad news is that they were a small fortune. I got a good deal on the rental car though. What bites is that last year in May I came to OC with a friend for 8 days and I spent $581. That included airfare, hotel and a rental car. This time for just the airfare and rental car, I paid $680. Can you imagine the cost if I needed a hotel?
I got a call from my friend who was supposed to get me the tickets. She called about an hour after I purchased them. I had sent her some jewelry (she’s into healing and meditating with stones) and she was calling to thank me. She said she was so impressed with what I sent her, she wanted to pay for my airfare. Well gee, ya couldn’t call an hour earlier? I think she will help me when I am ready to make the permanent move. She can use her frequent flyer miles then. Cash is another good option.
Speaking of my jewelry….I made a few sales but I won’t collect the $$ until after I return from my trip. I have a website if you want to see what I make. http://sandyv63.etsy.com Maybe I can sell this stuff in California once I get there permanently.
So are you planning to come up to OC anytime between Saturday and next Friday?

Re: T Saturn conjunctions - Help!

Hi SandyV63,
Glad everything worked out, well that is that you got your flight out here. Sorry things are so tight for you. I know how that feels. I am not sure if I am going to be up there or not. It depends on my case load as I am waiting to hear back from some physicians who are trialing my product. This sort of dictates where I will be spending my time. Will you be able to get on email while you are here? My personal email is sdelong7@cox.net.
