I don't know an enormous amount heh, and I tend to be obvious, but looking at the first and seventh rulers, even tho Mercury is retrograde, it will eventually conjunct neptune, so I say yes she will... but perhaps there's something unusual about the place with uranus in the 7th?

It is 11.45 in the morning and I am just back from foodshopping so I have some time to have a look.

Querent Mercury at 8°Aquarius, retrograde but in own term.
Appartment, that would be house 4 of the 4th (as I imagine she has a place she is living right now.) That would then be her 7th.
So Appartment is ruled by Jupiter, 13° Capricorn, also in own term.
Querent is looking for a large appartment where he or she will have place for creative outlet.

In the rulership book an appartment falls under Moon or Venus, so I will have a look at that as well. Another thing to consider is if this is going to be her new home or whether it is a second place she likes to have.
As you did not mention this, I take it that it is a new place to live that she is thinking of.

Moon is very strong in sign and accidental dignity in the 10th. This could show that the querent has gotten a promotion (if she/he has a career of course, otherwise it shows that she/he is maybe a prominent lady/man or at least in the eye of the public.

Mercury and Jupiter are both in her 5th. She or he could be an artist or something else to do with creativity.

Both planets disposed of by Saturn at 5° in Virgo, retrograde into the 12th, in term of Mercury .

The querent needs a house that is a bit isolated maybe.

There is an aspect of fate in this chart because the Sun (heart of the chart)is found in the same degree as the Nodes. I have a feeling the querent is not very happy, maybe physically not very strong.

Moon as ruler of appartments (general) will also sextile the Ascendant in 2 degrees and her inconjunct to Mercury is also in 2 degrees.

Venus as ruler of appartments (general) is in a critical degree (so is her or his financial situation from the looks of it) and I wonder if the appartment needs doing up (maybe that inconjunct from Moon to Mercury).

So I think she/he will find an appartment, not expensive because Jupiter is in own term but not without difficulties and obstacles on the way.

Oh, I feel pretty all over... Funnily enough, I'll be moving to Seattle within weeks (hopefully) and have been wondering the same thing...

Aah Courtney, you dont have to be jealous of my skill at all. You can do this also, everyone with a bit of intuition can do this. You wait and see, in 6 month time how much more you know (and hopefully I also....) about horary.
I am also in awe when I read Archer Girls deductions, and I also think at times "holy smoke, how did she get to that?! Sooooo good!". So there you have it. I am not proficient by a long shot, believe me!! Still loads to get into this old head of mine

she found a house

problem started with the job itself...she was hired on upcoming project back in early feb of last year.. it was not supposed to be up and running until this year.. with economy going under.. everything was pulled off. so

funny thing is ... there was an earlier chart that the group was looking at before i came in.. they were nto seeing a job at all!... well, regardless... she is still in quebec and things will not change any time soon!
