Regulus and Ascendent

Can anyone tell me what does it mean when a person has Regulus and the Ascendant on the same degree? This person is Aries, with Sun in 9th house, trine asc, and moon in aquarius. Also Lilith is very close to the asc, on degree 27. Can I hear your opinion on this?

As far as I know that is indeed a most fortuitous placement! Lucky them!
Regulus is purported to be a very powerful benevolent star.As it is placed on the ascendant the native him/herself will receive the benefits and may also be highly visible to the world.
I'm sure others can add to this...

Thank you very much, and the site was really helpfull! I thought it should be lucky, and should indicate a very strong character and ego, since it's aries/leo, however this person is extremely shy and isolated, and suffering because of it! So I'm puzzled, I can't figure out what's blocking this good influence... Maybe it will start showing eventually, she's still young...
